They have reduced my limits to less than that this week. My balance is very low so its not the end of the world for me. Hope the complainant gets a sensible solution.

The exact same thing has happened to me! I was offerred a 50% bonus up to £200 and so deposited £400 with them and when I tried to place a bet found that they had limited my account severely! The most I seem to be able to bet is about £3. Some times it will only let me bet about 25 pence! It seems that the amount I can bet depends on the odds, and how much a winning bet will return. The most Bet770 will allow me to win (including my returned stake) is £7.99! which works out at only a maximum £2.99 profit per winning bet! So far, I have not placed any bets because of the restrictions but am required to complete a £1000 rollover before I can withdraw any winnings! This seems absolutely ridiculous and near enough impossible! I had a lengthy conversation on live chat with one of their representatives the other day and was promised that a manager would consider my request to have my limits returned to ehat they were previously (max £20 bet), however so far four days has passed and I have heard nothing!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? I was considering asking them to cancel my bonus so I could withdraw my deposit. I believe that I should be able to do this as I havent started placing any bets yet. If they are going to impose such ridiculous limits then they have lost my custom! However, if this is likely to get sorted out so then maybe I should wait.

Have Bet770 imposed these limits on all UK customers?
