A Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player submits a bonus complaint. The player's betting limit has been slashed to £3, despite a current bonus obligation for £1,000. The player has been unable to resolve the issue by communicating with Bet770 support. SBR is investigating this claim and will be updating this report.
On May 16th, 2012, the player deposited £400. The promotion terms required £1,000 to be wagered before payment could be requested. Two days later, the player's stake limits were reduced to £20 per wager. The player was unhappy with the limit, but continued trucking along until Bet770.com issued a more drastic limit — £3 per wager.
The player contacted Bet770 live support to complain that his limits made fulfilling his promotion obligations near impossible. He was told on three different occasions that a manager would review the claim and contact him via email. No such email came. The player is now being told via live chat that the word from management is his betting limit shall not be increased. Under his current account configuration, the player would have to place in excess of 250 wagers to complete the wagering requirement; in addition, his bonus has been forfeited by the bookmaker.
SBR is following up on this sportsbook bonus complaint.
SBR has received five payment complaints against Bet770 in the last two weeks. One player reported receiving payment over the weekend; SBR is following up the remaining eWallet complaints.
