    Heritage-What's going on
    I logged into my account and found a payout request which I didn't make and was under another name. Is it possible that someone hacked into my account. Makes me wonder how secure Heritage is

      Had the same issue. Live chat told me they were testing something with the payout system and to disregard. Just contact Heritage for piece of mind, don't know why you chose to post here rather than do that in the first place.

        Exact same issue and was told the exact same thing....nothing to worry about with them, they're top notch.

          well they might be top notch but can anyone blame the OP for being worried?

          i know i would be.

          sure is an odd thing to do even for a test

          just saying...

            Happened to me about 2 months ago.
            Called them and they told me working on system, everyone got same thing.
            They should have emailed all though.

                Accounts Balances

                As a convenience to our customers, we have an internal messaging tool to communicate information to customers when necessary.

                In some cases, testing information got posted to accounts, however, customer balances were never affected or compromised. It simply represented a notice to the accounts and did not adjust balances.

                If anyone feels their balance was incorrect, please send me a PM so I can review it.

                In our commitment to continued development we will have new tools in place to better facilitate how we communicate and interact with our clients for the upcoming football season.

                We apologize for confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

                    Heritage and inparticular Celcia just now,Eric last night and of course Shayla{via BET-JAM] handled a situation that was my fault to begin with,excellent customer service. I am sure that I caused alot of extra work for Heritage.. THANKS FOR THE HELP.
