They did the same stuff to me back in September, you will get paid eventually but they are by far the worst.

Alex,

Any plans on ever focusing on improving the payout situation at BOL?

Being that you guys charge some of the highest processing fees in the industry one would think that BOL would put that money towards making sure that players are paid in a timely fashion.

Maybe instead of paying SBR to cover your asses all of the time you take the money that you invest into advertising and put it towards pleasing your players? or are you concerned that SBR will Betphoenix you?

they hope no one requests a payout of over $1000.. thats why they rig the poker rooms with so many freeplays

You seem to have requested it on Sunday 5/6. Assuming it was processed the next day, they start counting the following day as the 1st business day, so today is the 3rd business day. Kind of a bit early to be complaining when the site quotes 7 business days, isn't it?

pretty sad you try yo keep it all private, people are reporting pathetic payout delay issues and you don't wanna fill the SBR readers in, also you have had this sbr user account for years just started to start to repl to disgruntled cutomers on this forum. The waiting time has doubled in a year, so do the math and get out while you still can. This is who they are now. Don't expect them to go back to who they once were. And don't expect any warning signs from SBR until it's too late.

The funny thing is that SBR may have said something (behind the scenes; who can even remember the days of public accountability?), and now you have a BOL bozo here admitting to the problem by moving SBR posters up in the waiting line if they complain here.

betonline is a fcking joke i made a soccer bet by mistake the game is not until sunday and i called them to seee if they would cancel it for me and they would not because it was placed online what is the fcking difference with doing it online or by phone other books i deal with would cancel it no problem they are truley a fcked up book and as long as they keep paying sbr they are going to say they are a great A+ book my fcking ass

1. This is not a payout issue, wrong thread.

2. Any book that cancels a wager you made is doing it as a courtesy. You made a mistake, it's nice if they let you fix it, but they're not obligated to do so.

Most sports have a have policy that all bets are final, most will probably change a "mistake" once or twice out of courtesy.

moneybookers payout request

i made payout request via skrill money bookers, since 21st may .they said it will only take 36 hours to reflect in my skrill account but today is 25th and the money is yet to reflect in my account. each time i contact them via live chat they kept telling me that the payout should reach me shortly but nothing has happened. should have stuck to my b365. i am regretting that i ever opened an account with this crooks.

Betonline unpheasant pluckers

I won just over $600 with BOL. Firstly they wouldn't pay me because I had some freeplays outstanding that I did not want. Then they wanted me to give them a copy of a utility bill photo ID and BOTH sides of my CC. Are these guys for real? I wish I had done some research (like looked at your site!) before betting with them. If they think I'm sending them the copies they can think again. How the **** does them having a copy of my CC make the payout more secure? They are not sending it to my CC account. They didn't need a copy when they wanted my money!!!!
Is there nothing anybody can do, no agency like BBB or someone who can make these arseholes behave like gentlemen and honor their bets.

guys let me tell you my situation: i requested a payout via wire on 5/16 and it was proceeded on 5/17. i should have received it in 10 business days. but i did not. i contacted them many times about the issue and most times i got nonsense answer. thank god i received it on 6/12. followings are my conclusions and suggestions:
1. betonline has good odds and clear betting orders.
2. customer service is bad, or i would say management is bad.
3. they do pay you. but it might be delayed in most situations for whatever the reasons are.(no one knows the reasons are true or not.)
4. for betonline staff and managers, i hope you can improve your service quality, which will improve your credit and thus attract more customers, very simple business strategy, right?
5. for betonline users, best wish on your bets, cheers!

Because they pay good money to SBR. They are slowly being downgraded but SBR doesn't want to do it too fast as it would make them look bad to have supported such a shitty book. Kind of how they supported Belted.......and we all know what happened there.
