I registered there couple weeks ago and deposit 480 pln (polish zloty) via moneybookers. I got a bonus 240 pln, and winning on bets. I rollover all money to release the bonus (even more) and tried to withdraw all funds.
I requested payout by 2856,05 pln and send them all documents to verify which they accepted. But they dont want to pay me off ! They took all my bonus and winnings (2376 pln) and give back to my 10bet account just deposit 480pln.
They told me that i have multi account but it is not possible, coz i've got a single account and nobody from my household addres dont have account on 10bet, nobody have acces to my email, mb account etc.
I;ve two internet providers : one is with floating ip address (which i used to register on 10bet) and second with a fixed ip address - which i sometimes use.
They dont want to tell me why they thinking that i have multi account and steal my money without any explanation.
This is unfair situation. They can steal your money without any explanation. Be aware of it and take away all your money from this 'bookie' .
