Yes, you are absolutely correct. Their argument is they round, so it balances out anyway, but if they steal a few pennies here and there, it probably adds up to a few hundred dollars: not much. It's enough to pay one $6/hr employee his / her salary.

No that's the point nosniboR11. I do cash out for the change. It disappears when a payment is processed: not back in my account; not in my payment.
Cash out 5,000 clients a day and average .50 on each, that's $2,500 of skim....potentially.
I don't know what point Kindred is trying to make.
