Their customer service is pretty bad, even the live chat they talk condescendingly like they're not sitting in a third world country with their grade 3 education.

I kinda agree with your assessment of CS, I've only spoken to them a few times, about ordinary stuff not problems, and they seemed to have a horrible unhelpful attitude each time.

But I keep seeing this shit about being 3rd world and should know their place etc etc and it makes me shake my head.

You complain about them being condescending (as do others) but then throw out that bullshit about how they should know you are better than them (as do the same others)

Do you honestly think there is no education system there? That they all live and work in bark huts or something?

They log out MUCH too fast. Agree that it's one of the major flaws of the place.

Also logging in is not secure/https. This puts players at risk due to weak security.

5dimes CS is not that bad as long as you are patient and respectful.

They pay and have some of the best prices around.

You have to have thick skin and be able to work with someone who doesn't speak english as well as you do, but the fact remains 5dimes is simply the best book for any US player. There is not even anyone close to them as far as their payout, betting options, and odds are concerned. 5dimes is far from perfect, but they do a hell of a lot better than these other outfits available to US players.

Heritage is pretty solid on all of those points and is available to U.S. Players. Moreover I can get better lines the day before. Case in point, I went to Heritage the day before NJ Nets played Lakers and got the Nets at +12 1/2 where other books didnt even post till the next morning, the next day all the books had them around +8 1/2. I can do all the props, futures, quarterly/ half bets and any kind of sport.
