10bet cancelled all my winnings

After several winnings on this bookmaker I wanted to withdraw my funds.
I couldn't continue to play in this bookmaker for the reason that maximum stake was $1 at all events. Support team told me that I will lose a bonus, I agreed on it. After the order of payout all my balace all my winnings bets were cancelled and into the my account returned only a deposit amount, motivating it with that I didn't roll-over the amount of the deposit+bonus 6 times.I couldn't make it because a maximum stake was $1 at all events. I wrote the SBR сomplaint. I have a chance to return my money?

on second thought, you should have done "round robin" with 1 eur. it is a pain, but you would have probably got the money.
10bet is notoriously dishonest outfit... after winning a golf prediction, they changed my bet for next year event. be careful there.

Hello, I have a similar problem with 10bet.
About one month my account is locked.They pretend that they can't verified my docs. I've sent them id, bank statement, utility bills...then they wanted statement with stamp and signature from my bank, which I done and sent them. But again it wasn't enought...everything repeated, I've sent them in a couple of hours what they need, then I wait a few days for answer which is like "Plz, send us..."
I have there about 7k and don't know what to do?
Can smb help me? How to write to SBR complain? Smth else what can I do? Complain somewhere else, fill some form??
