59 days and still no money. They told me at the end of last week that it was processed and I would receive a fedex tracking number early this week. The week is now over and I got nothing from them, as per usual.

This has gone far beyond ridiculous. The customer support is horrific.

The same applies to anyone else who has had a delayed payout.

We have lost two processors in the past two months and it has temporarily impacted payouts. We are getting caught up and should have things back to normal soon.

Just wanted to say WSEX just paid me on Moneybookers in <12 hours.

I have a check in my hand.

It turns out it was delivered on Thursday (10/16). I was out of town at the time, and didn't actually get any FedEx info from WSEX until yesterday, the same day I returned home and found the check.

So, in all, it took 57 days to get my check. I will try to deposit it today, and hopefully there will be no further problems as far as that goes.
