I have been using bovada/bodog for 5 years, but payouts are up to 4 weeks . I like to deposit via cc. I am looking for a US book that doesn't have a waiting period for monthly free withdraws. I only deposit $100 at a time so bovada 4.9% cc fee is not a big deal. any suggestions would be great thanks.

2. Account must have action in previous 4 weeks (consecutive) for free withdraw Deposits by credit or DC require a 3x rollover and 7 days before withdrawing amount of deposit I can't have an account with both books can't transfer account to 5 dimesComment
