Anonybody here that could help me out I won a bet this morning on Bet365 but they mistakenly called it a loss and I never received my wiinnings.

It was to do with whether or not Torpedo or Dynamo Minsk would score 3 succesive goals and I picked no.

I tried to do live chat with them but everytime I gave them my username the chat screen would go grey.

You should probably check the score of the game that you bet on before making a thread whinging.

Torpedo scored 3 goals in a row. Minsk scored first and last goals of the match.

Some people probably just shouldn't gamble...

They will fix it soon,i had several situations when my won bet was counted as lost and lost counted as won.But they corrected their mistake very soon.
