Umm, did they even tell u to do this? If your just looking from the banking page. Just for the record since your new with them u will eventually love them, and be glad u have a book like this.

I deposited with BI and didn't have to speak with anyone.

Just did it through livechat, told them I was going to deposit, they gave me a name, and that was that.

i have never spoke to them on the phone ever.. deposited plenty of times.. withdrew as well.. so not sure what this guy means?

there is no way u can do it physically urself through their website without live chatting them as they dont have moneyg names just hanging out for u to see. lol u have to ask for one silly.

Why not? Plenty of other sites automatically give you a name to deposit to without ever having to go on live chat or calling them on the phone.

I just signed up with them as well and it looks like any deposit method you have to call them and I don't see a button for live chat.

if I'm not mistaken, you need to speak with someone at 5dimes to deposit as well with most methods... unless you use plastic, but even then there's a popup message recommending you to contact them to make sure you don't exceed the limits.

Callcenters have PBX that automatically archives incoming phone numbers which can easily have a report run to check... part of the whole system that records incoming conversations. If their policy is North American only then this is considered an additional resource to help confirm and or validate a persons/customers place of origin. It may not be of much significance in the beginning though it can be but will surely be checked if a customer has a big week or run in a casino and wants a significant withdrawal. Itwill be checked and or cross referenced for your location and if you are not from North America will be used to disqualify-nullify or void all action up to and including the total account. Some of these services are run like fortune 2000 corporations with the technology, resources and staff that comes with being successful for over a decade in the gaming industry. Definitely not a couple guys in the garage office and a bucket of water like it used to be... also if you use an IP cloaker they will find out and that also voids your account and any winnings.

u can do it with or without speaking to them...even for p2p deposits
