Bwin close my account without any reason !!!!
I have received an email from them telling me that my account is closed and they have the right to not give me ANY REASON for it !

I have sent them my PASSPORT ID and they accepted it a week ago, also they sent me 1 000 $ from a withdrawal YESTERDAY (I sent them my Transit number and my Swfit code ) !

Today, I try to login and they close my account. why ? I use my laptop and my mobile phone, I bet all day most of the time on and off. I have my own company with my friend so I make my own schedule, as a matter of fact it is a security company (rent-a-cop security). Could this be the reason ? (I don't know, I'm thinking about everything right now lol). If so it would be the most stupid reason ever !

My bets were starting to pay off and that's what piss me the most !

I was so mad I told them I would file a complaint to their liscencing authorities, to the GRA, to my CC company and to ANY legal thing I could to get my money back ! (I deposited between 4000-5000 in the past month) ! My last straw would have been to get my lawyer involve on the case but at first I don't want to pay extra for the issue to be resolves.

Welcome to SBR Viktor. It is definitely frustrating when a book closes your account without any explanation but the most important thing is to focus on receiving the money that is owed to you. bwin is a highly reputable book and is one of the most financially secure in the world. Although they don't have to provide you with a reason for your account closure, I would feel confident that you will indeed receive your outstanding money back in a timely fashion. To answer your question though: No you won't be receiving back ALL deposits. Just the balance of your account.

Be assured there IS a reason, whether it's right or wrong or obvious to you or not.

I have received another email (just now)

they cancelled the deposits I have made on january 22 and 23 (which is 2000 $)

I'm pissed off but at least I got that money back and I received my withdrawal, so in all, I got back 3000 $

i'm still pissed off about the rest

Can they also give me my money back from the bets that are open (I have one that is open since 2 weeks)

Pinnacle and Betfair are best. Mansion and 12 Bet are OK. Don't use INTERTOPS and BetUS if you want money back quick. most UK and Euro books payout OK, but, cut back wagers if you win or get good info. Next step they close account. Avoid Chandler, Stan James, BetFred, Marathon, Panbet, Corbett, Betsson, Boyle, Expekt, Bet24, Blue Square, 888 Sport, Betsafe they won't let you bet if you win and in the end most of them close account down.

if you are talking about the european type of books that have tons of exotic bets like which team will score the next goal or how many corners will there be in a soccer match Unibet and bet365 have them, they both have live support and don't close account arbitrarily.

bet365 will close your account at the first sign of even the slightest intelligence.

bwin is the black sheep of the european betting industry which is not a reputable book.Unfortunately most SBR posters know nothing about this scammer book supposing good one. It is still "C" but I'm not suprised, sbr's typical ridicilius and meaningless euro book raitings.

Well they should obviously tell me what it is ! What kind of customer service is that ? I thought they were legit. God damn when I watch futbol I see their advertisement on players, which lead me to believe that they are legit and have money to pay gamblers! What a bunch of crooks!

Do you think the GRA (Gibraltar Regulatory Authority) can help me or are they useless ? It is the first time I use an internet sportbook in my life. I should of known better.

They should if they are permitted to.

But there are certain circumstances where they would be in breach of the law if they do.

Have you received all the funds due to you? What do you believe they have stolen? If you had pending wagers and you aren't accused of fraud, we would expect you to be paid on your winnings. Write to Help@sportsbookreview.com with the details, email history, and your concern. bwin works well with SBR.

The day after I received my first 1000 $ withdrawal win in my personal bank account, my account was closed without any reason.

What I got back after harrasing them to give me back my money was that they cancelled the deposits I made on the 22 and 23rd of January (grand total of approximately 2000 $)

But I had 3 pending wagers ! One of which out of 10 selections, I had won 9 already, and I needed one more to win 1000 $ (boxing match : Povetkin on Marco Huck).

They have all my informations (passport ID, my transit number, my BIC, my address, my phone number), I can send them my previous CC statements, proof of address, all my ID cards if they ask me ! I don't care, I have nothing to hide, unlike them ! I just want to know WTF is going on ! It is a dishonest practice ! I haven't been accused of anything, they simply said "Your account will remain closed !"

The emails discussion with them are in french, Is that okay if I sent them to you ? Is there french language knowing people that review the claims ?
