Yeah but there is so many complaints on how they are dicks. Ill take customer service and friendly people over option all day. Why? Because by the end of the day, I know i will be treated right.

If customer service is your #1 criteria for choosing a book 5 dimes probably is not right for you. I have not had any problems dealing with them except when trying to get a referral bonus. Had to call them a couple of times- finally e-mailed them and they honored it. I had used 4 books before switching, and none was close to the options provided by 5 dimes. And they pay.
