On the subject of licenses, I wouldn't let a little emblem make your decision on where to play. Plenty of books that had a license went bust; it's not just Malta books either, most recently SportsAlive flatlined while having a proper license in Australia.

5Dimes is a great book. They always pay and don't need to be regulated. If they don't pay then word gets out and they go out of business. That's how the free market works. And what a stupid thread. Like it matters whether you send money to another country and their gambling site is regulated. Some companies in CR say that they are licensed and regulated in their jurisdiction being in CR.
