    Bizarre Bovada Bonus rule
    They give a 20% freeplay.

    • You may use your Free Bet on any sport, wager type and odds.
    • Standard rollover applies: 3X Sports/20X Casino/3 poker points per dollar on both the initial deposit and Free Bet amount
    • If a withdrawal is made before the bonus terms are met, all bonus funds AS WELL as any money earned by wagering the bonus will be forfeited.
    • The Free Bet will expire 30 days after your initial deposit.
    • Free Bet winnings only (not risk amount) are issued as a bonus.
    • If you redeem the bonus and lose with it, the bonus amount will still be deducted before requesting a payout unless the rollover requirements have been met.
    • Standard bonus terms also apply.

Hi All - Bovada Customer Service here!

To start, we just wanted to reassure you that if you have any account specific questions or concerns, the Bovada.LV Customer Service team is available to help you out at 1-888-263-0000 or service@bovada.lv.

As for "standard bonus terms", this is in relation to our Terms of Service, point 6.9. It basically means you have to follow the rules of the site. Anything related to fraud, bonus abuse, etc, and you would forfeit the bonus and any winnings you received from that bonus.

hello Bovada Service, if you redeem the bonus and lose it, how can you deduct it later for not completing rollover? How can one complete rollover if you lost the bonus? This rule does not seem fair.

I think they mean that if you lose the freeplay, not the deposit, you must complete the roll-over with what remains from your deposit.

yes, they seem clear but are they fair?

I'm not a bonus whore so haven't taken freeplays at very many books but my understanding has always been that if you lost your freeplay then you'd extinguished your rollover requirement?

That's what I had thought but I guess they're viewing it as rollover is attached to the deposit as well and the deposit is imprisoned.

Yeah every book I have ever played at has the same rules, whether they are explicit or not in their policy. I think if you lost your whole balance in addition to the bonus you would be on a clean slate. Your rollover wouldnt carry over to your new deposit.

Ok but comes as a bit of a surprise to me.
I used to get freeplays at BetJam for my SBR points which I made a point of losing as quick as I could to turn their value into cash at Betfair or Pinnacle but never once ran into a rollover deficiency problem there despite making very few bets for real money.

Not even at Luxbet -- I still had to complete a rollover of funds there (their rule is only 1x, so not a hassle, but only applies to bonus-bearing deposits).

I have no desire to contact your customer service. They are the most frusterating people to deal with not to mention if you don't answer in some seconds of time you get cut off, BUT they get as long as they want to answer...

Are you starting to contact my drift here? You want customer service? Listen to your customers.

I won't even get started how a 20% FP is nothing to come running for.
