Partybets scam - don't let me withdraw
    Hello.

    I registered on Partybets.
    Deposited 300 € trough Moneybookers
    Placed my first bet:
    67804339 16 Aug 14:27 single 4.00 Total Points in the 1st Set <46.5 @ 4.00 45.00 EUR 0.00 EUR lost
Get to see my account limited to 1% max stake!!!!
My account is limited to 1% max stake (1-2 euros) after one bet and lost.

Now I want to withdraw my money because my account it's useless.
But they don't let me withdraw, they state some rule:

    Dear Mihut,

We have received your cashout request for 255.00 EUR.

However, we notice that you are cashing out without adequate gameplay after
your recent deposits. This is a bit of a concern for us.

Please note that every player is expected to earn ‘Standard PartyPoints’
equivalent to or more than 15% of the amount deposited (in USD) in their account
    before cashing out the same.

Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information:

We have cancelled your cashout request and put the funds back into your
account. You may, however, request for a cashout after earning ‘Standard
    PartyPoints’ as specified.

Please access the following link to check how many Points you have earned:

Please reply if you have any questions or need any clarifications, and we will
be more than glad to assist you.

    Regards,

    Aravind Rajan Nair

I can't bet anymore because these scamers limited my account to 1% max stake without me winning a bet.
So fulfilling that condition is impossible with 1% max stake.

    Thank you,
    Mihut

I am sending SBR my Partybets username and password so you can see how my stake is now 1E and their demand is ridiculous
    I received only 9 points for a 45E bet on 4.00 odds

Thats not right. They should at least do something that would make it fair to you after reducing your limits to nil. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form if you haven't already, and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

Yes, this sucks. They've been this way for years. They're not going to change it. They have a "show max" button on the wagering ticket, and you might try putting a bunch of different sports on the ticket--I have wildly varying maxes depending on sport, but some are as low as $1, and I have gotten stuck with rollover.

Their support are notoriously dumb. I'd ask several times without referring to your previous emails and see if you can get the answer you want. If you can't, I wouldn't bother trying to negotiate with them bc in general, they are morons.

Otherwise, it looks like you need 44-ish points and have 9? So you need 35-ish. That blows. If you can't get it down on football (soccer, only need to get $175 down if I'm counting right) or any sport, and you can't play poker (looks like roughly 600 hands at .02/.04, which you can 10-table in like an hour), your expected loss on $1750 of baccarat is about $18.

Are you sure, this is your first account at Partybets?

Or perhaps do you have opened this account in an internet cafe?

It sounds as a very strange behaviour of PartyBets.

It seems too suspicious to be true

              Interesting.

Did you bet a bad line?

Can you meet your rollover in poker and/or casinos?

Ive played with partybets and they were pretty good, no real complaints... I actually screwed them out of $300, there was an off line in NCAAB the total was 182 when it should have been 128, obviously i hammered the under for the max bet ($300) and won... But the game went under 128 also so im not sure if it mattered...

Yes I have another account at Gamebookers.
                  That's all.

I'm on profit there, so maybe they decided to screw me at Partybets

                    mihut,

We will look for an update tomorrow. It looks like someone is zipping through paperwork and didn't look closely at your situation.

Do you have a Gamebookers balance right now?

There's no mystery here. This is a standard (stupid) policy across all their products. Ask any poker player. Perhaps SBR can get you around their policy, but this has happened to hundreds and hundreds of people. It doesn't matter whether you have a gamebookers account or 64 party accounts or whatever. It matters that you deposited and tried to withdraw without giving them what they think is their minimum amount of action, whether on poker, sports, backgammon, whatever. It is totally automatic and has nothing to do with you. If SBR has a personal contact at Partybets, maybe they can get the rule ignored in your case, but there really is nothing unusual here.

I managed to get 45 partypoints betting on 1.01 odds
                              and also managed to withdraw.

                              anyway this bookmakers sucks.

getting 1% limited after losing the only bet

                              regards!

Ortho, I see your point but for what i read I think Mihut didn't try to withdraw money. He was limited right after first bet and then yes he tried to get his money back

I think that is not the normal procedure of GB / PB. Since I open account with GB I never had any kind of issues regarding limits

There limits will vary widely. I placed a bet once and they said I had $100 US as a limit. 20 minutes later I had 3K on the same bet (actually the line was higher). My usual limit on MLB is somewhere between 550 and 1100 US. I haven't had a withdraw issue at all. to moneybookers in 5 hours or to my bank account usually within 2 days.
