BetOnline mess. Account locked, $26k, no answers, constant run around

BOL is a good enough sports book. The risks of chip dumping are real, so for sports bettors (who could do without the casino side) the slow verification procedure can only be considered a good thing. Unless you want a casino thief to put your money at risk. With that in mind, it's hard to resist a smile when sports bettors think they have to stand up for casino players; a combination of misplaced loyalty, and blind negativity towards any book, that is on display even when casino players are caught cheating.

BOL finally made good on the $2500 rubber check they sent me. What was supposed to be a 7-day payout took about a month. However, it would've been much longer w/o SBR's help. It's a shame that it takes forum pressure to get BOL to do the right thing, but they did finally pay me:

Its a shame that u need to complain about things u already know might happen from them. Im glad u got paid but u know also that chx even from A rated books bounce from time to time. I hope u don't let your ego take over and say u won't use them cause they have so many +ev plays its insane.

Doubt it. At the very least it would've taken much longer. BOL cs is of no help to the player, but they move quickly when SBR gets involved--as evidenced by the 2 poker cases and my rubber check incident.

LMAO @ you grading a book on how many +EV plays they offer and implying that it is ok for them to slow pay players and bounce checks because of it. WSEX, JAZZ, and Betphoenix all hand out tons of +EV plays also so since you have no concerns about when you get paid I recommend you give them a shot.

I hate to break it to you but books who hand out lots of +EV plays are all (D) rated books and many were once (A/B) rated books. It is extremely foolish to think that it is ok for a book to slow pay you because they are allowing you to make bets that a competent bookmaker should not allow. Betonline does not give you all of the +EV plays that you love so much because they are looking to give money away, they do it because they are extremely incompetent.

Umm i didn't grade them SBR did and i trust SBR with anything they say. Go threw all the A rated books threads and u will see chx bounce with them also, its not an isolated incodent at Betonline. Im not saying i beat Betonline all the time but every play i make there is +ev and for me with all the books i use i can't lose in the long run.

Tough to say this 26k poker incident was "isolated", especially after the same thing just happened (worse his funds were taken initially) to another poker winner for 65k. Even tougher to argue all the CS complaints are "isolated", too.

Agree with Hog. This is more like a long and consistent pattern. Don't forget besides the poker confiscations, bounced checks and general complaints they get in customer service they also tried to get out of paying some conference hoop bettors last season. After claiming "any 8 year old could see we are right" they eventually backed down after absorbing massive beatdowns in all the forums and paid out. Yeah nice to see all those +EV wagers available, that's always nice to see, LOL. Veterans of these forums know what's going on, consider yourself warned.

I got my account unlocked and my first max 8k withdraw hit neteller today.

I got 2 funny form emails from 2 different managers saying that they tried to call but I didn't answer, but they wanted to apologize for the delays and the misunderstanding yet neither of them called my phone. I never received a call. I know it wasn't a mix up with the phone number because when I wrote back to give them my number I got a reply back from a low level support person saying they already had it lol

The only complaint's that I have is there customer service. This past Friday I called them to bet a 2 team parlay and I put one team in and I left the other slot open. I have been doing this all year. I was told that I could only do this with a 3 team parlay. So Saturday I did a 2 team parlay with a open slot 3 different times. I dont understand why everyone there has different methods. There has been some depositing problems too. But I will say that I have always gotten paid!
