With the new software update there is an “Auto Muck Hands’ feature which gives players the option to always muck loosing or uncalled hands. This feature is turned on by default however players can choose to turn it off in the game play settings section of the software. Once a player has the ‘Auto Muck’ feature on, his loosing hands will not be displayed to the players at the table. If the feature is turned off, the player is given the option to choose whether he wants to muck or show his cards at the end of the hand.

If u people can't beat poker without stats and such what does that mean u suck. But hey if they want all the pros out and the fish left guess what im in. If your worried about people colluding against u then guess what u suck, if your worried about a bot beating u then guess what u suck. Im not saying i like not being able to play without stats there but that is not going to keep me from playing poker when i want to. Not saying bodog is the best site but i will still play there when i can. People just acting like crybabies cause they cant track people anymore there, now only the truely good players will really shine.Comment -

We can debate all you want to on the pros/cons of tracking/hud software. Just forget about the tracking/hud software for a minute. Lets keep to just the basics. If you cannot see who your playing (i.e. a name/avatar online), then you are now playing blindfolded. That has nothing to do with pros vs fish.
If you want poker to be like what Bodog has now made it, you might as well lump poker in any casino table game because it is more bingo than anything.
Also if you think colluding is only a worry for fish, then that is just silly.

Becky, there is a huge difference from mucking an uncalled hand.
That is a normal part of poker, you can show your uncalled hand if you want.
With normal live poker, it is a right of every player in the hand to request the dealer show a mucked hand that went down to showdown.
Also with every other reputable online poker room, this has been a normal (unchangeable) option.
Bodog has now prevented this.
If you are not aware, this is a key rule/feature to prevent collusion.
As has been noted in this and probably many more threads, Bodog's reasoning and intentions with this and the other anonymous changes are really suspect here but even if they are as alruistic as indicated, it essentially puts all responsibility for ensuring the safety and integrity of the game with Bodog.
History shows us that this is both a wrong and also nearly impossible task, if the intentions are are altruistic.

I tried it got one SNG and couldn't take it. Took my biz elsewhere..and strangely enough, the bad beats (runner runner flush, runner runner str8, runner runner quads) that was so prevalent on BoDog that really truthfully changed the way I played, dont exist nearly as frequently. Maybe its just a coincidence. But having AA on a flop of 2-8-5..I dont worry as much that the other guy has a 4 and the 3-7 is coming, and play a more true game.

It wouldnt surprised me at all if it was rigged.
When you raise with aces, flop a set, and some unknown player keeps calling you down with 7 4 offsuit until he hits a gut shot draw on the river, you have to start questioning things.
I have had some of the most ridiculous beats ever there.
I will raise with pocket kings. Flop comes 10, 4, 2 then the unknown player that called my raise will shove all in. I call. He shows jack, 8. Turn comes jack, river comes jack. I'm like, really???
People call anything and always hit the miracle.
It almost feels like I have to beat people heads up three times before I actually win.
I'm not a bad player either. If you sharkscope me on Bodog I'm up like 3k. That being said, I feel like I should be up way more.
I'm to the point where I feel like I can almost call what cards are coming, especially when someone goes all in with an inferior hand. It's pretty sick.
I've thought about vidioing it and calling out the cards before it happens so people will see what I'm talking about. I bet I would get a lot of YouTube hits.Comment -

Ever notice how cards always come on the turn and river that put a straight out there? It always happens when I have a huge hand too.
Say I have queens. Some donk calls my raise with jack 7 off suit.
Flop comes Q, 5, 6. Donk checks, I bet the pot and for some reason the unknown player calls with Jack, 7.
The turn is a 9. Donk checks, I blast away with my trips and the moron still calls with jack 7.
The turn is an 8. Board is now Q,5,6,8,9. Donk goes all in because he just hit a gut shot after calling me down with nothing.
Happens all the time. The worst is when some one goes over the top with ace 5 off and then they hit a flush bc the last four cards are all spades.
There are a lof times I'll raise with pocket 10s. Flop comes 9, 6, 3. Some idiot goes all in with like ace 4 after he flop. I call. It comes 2, 5 to give home a straight.
These things happen in bunches it seems like. I've lost like 5 games in a row before when I have been like an 80% favorite AFTER the chips are all in.

If Bodog's intent is to rig the games and steal - all the complaints, threats to go somewhere else, never use Bodog again etc. do not matter. Obviously they would want people suspicious of their scam to leave. If their volume decrease to 40% of it once was (and doubt the hit will be that bad) this wouldn't matter to them.
The reason is because the top 15% or so of the 60% that left previously took money off the network (these were players that won and took money off the network). Here going forward they could simply steal from anyone who was winning too much (via that collusion - or rigging the software against them). Eventually they might not need to cheat as frequently because they simply keep attacking the skilled players (who cash out more than they deposit) all the gamblers who keep playing and generating rake makes their poker room more profitable because the rake then takes care of extracting this money as the number of cash out requests bodog processes are now greatly reduced. When winners show up because of the fish bodog can send their team or flip the rigged switch and the player will soon find out Bodog is not friendly to winners and can't be beaten long term.
So if that's their plan (and if you're dishonest it's an excellent plan I'd give them that) none of the complaining will matter. In this case Bodog wouldn't back down no matter what threats are made. The best thing that can be done is just warn people casually Bodog sucks and there is a high probability if you win there and get lucky it won't last -so if you do play there keep it small, hit and run and when you do run - run far. As soon as the lucky streaks will likely end in a hurry if you cash out.
Cheating or not this game has serious issues. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt - but I fail to see how any logical person thinks this is a good idea unless the intent is to cheat. At this point I 30% side that Bodog is ran by monkeys and 70% side no they're too smart for this and there intent here is to cheat. Again to be clear it's not 100% conclusive, but more likely that not the new Bodog Poker room was designed with dishonest intentions and is not on the up and up.Comment -

The only reason I continue o play there is because I get paid.
I've had three checks bounce but they took care of me.
You can still make money playing poker you just have to grind it out, don't go on tilt, and adjust your play to BS that you know is

I had notes on hundreds if not thousands of players. How is that wrong? They could take notes on me.
Why am I labeled a predator if I made a few thousand playing small stakes poker? They still got their rake.
Also I had some notes that said such and such player alway sucks out. It would amaze you how often the same player would hit a two outer the next time I saw them. It got to a point where I would just avoid these usernames bc I didn't trust them.
Maybe Bodog doesn't want me to know when these accounts are playing.Comment -

I trusted Bodog back in the day when Calvin Ayre Owned it. I used it for sports wagering & online poker. I looked at it this way, when I joined bodog Calvin Ayre was worth billions. So why would somebody worth that much take my money and run. Also their were many articles about how the bodog casino paid out and paid out big, with players winning 100k jackpots etc..
After Calvin Ayre sold it, I have not used it that much. Customer service went down the tubes etc..
and their was no big name associated with the site anymore.
NOW the Kahnawake Gaming Commission Is a complete joke, I try to avoid sites that they back up. They are supposed to be similar to the Nevada gaming commission, they are supposed to watch these sites and protect us from things like cheating. But they have not, in fact they have been part of the cheating with their senior members. They did not protect us from UB/AB And they were a part of FTP for the longest.
Any site with this commission should be boycotted by the online wagering community
Also the anonymous online poker is a big joke, do they really think we are that stupid. Now the players can not be tracked by outside sources, those same sources that brought to light the cheating at UB. Hmmmmm... How good of bodog to make sure they found a way around that.

I won $600 the other night playing 8/16 limit so I'm not giving up yet. I'm not trying to brag but I used to kill Bodog poker back in the poker boom so I've been there a long time and their checks have always cashed. You can still sit at a 6 handed table and figure out someones playing style pretty quickly. The avg. pot size will tell you half the story (loose/tight) before you ever sit down. At the same time this software is a bad bad development and makes cheating or botting undetectable. I'm still playing there but smaller limits and I'm ready to pull the plug at any time.Comment -
