    Americas Bookie payout delay
Before everyone starts with "why would you play at this book?". I got an email last week from Zach Sunday stating there was a $50 freeplay in my account for Thanksgiving. Went ahead and played and ran it up to $250. Passed all the rollover requirements and asked for a withdrawal last Monday. Steve in customer service did a great job and took my request and said it would be processed the next day (Tuesday). Called Tuesday and was told that it wasn't ready yet.....called Wednesday and it was told I didn't meet the rollover requirements (10x), which I did. Was put on hold and told after reviewing it further, I actually did meet the rollover and it wold be processed by Friday. Called Friday and was told to call back today......Called today and was told to call back again tomorrow. It really isn't the $250 amount (I never ask for payouts this small but the promo said max $250 win), it is just the fact that they will run people around for such a small amount.

That weird i read from people on the forum that they have been paying everyone and have had a payout complaint in years.

Didn't say they weren't paying, but why the 1 week stalling on a 250 p2p payout? Any other book I've ever played at it takes next day for that amount.

u sure u met the rollover requirements?

u know they use the lesser of risk or to win.. usually people bet -110 or higher lines so u need to use the TO WIN amount..

sometimes that means it may actually take 800 in rollover to roll ur 500 required.

Yeah, Stash, I did......they also verified it last Wednesday. Don't know what the delay has been since then. I understand Thanksgiving was Thursday and all, but an entire week for only 250$ is a little ridiculous for a P2P payout.

i got the same email from Zach a week or so ago. After checking their ratings, i didnt even bother with it because i figured it wasnt even worth the frustration.

I hope you get your 250 bud.

if ur really concerned fill out an sbr complaint form.. its what sbr does for us loyal posters

besides that they have done an excellent job of paying old apex clients from which the owner took over those accounts.. im 90% sure their goal is to clean up their name and never make it bad again... i would fill out the form in another couple of days.. i bet this will end well id reckon.

I took a chance on this book with a small deposit from a payout I took from another book. Hope this isnt a bad sign.

Thanks for the info, Stash. Just called again and talked to Sal (said he was a VIP account host) and he said it will be taken care of and he'll have the info tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted. Like I said, not really the 250$ I'm concerned about, it's just it seems like kind of a hassle to get such a small amount.....what if it were a sizeable figure.

I've requested two payouts from AB this month. The first took two days and the other was same day (yesterday). Both were about $900. OP should be fine.

Opps .. We do a few hundred transactions a week, and every now and then, one get messed up...In this case was a communication break down, and was all our fault.

Records show that this transaction was processed today, and is available to pick up.

Talked to Steve in CS (very helpful) this morning, p2p was paid out just fine. Delays happen and everything worked out. Thanks for the freeplay, Z, I would not hesitate to deposit in the future.
