I did not believe that an A+ rated sportsbook would do this. To be fair, I had been labeled as a "non-recreational" player by DSI a couple of years ago. But, after a year or so with no action from me, they made bonus offers to me and I have been playing there over the last year or so, and receiving bonuses for deposits. Just yesterday I lost my balance there once again, and happened to receive an e-mail the night before from Diamond offering a bonus ( it happened to be a standard issue e-mail but did address me personally). So I called, and was told the e-mail I had received was, indeed, correct and all I had to do was go ahead and deposit. I did, and then was informed, after making the deposit, that management had decided to label me "non-recreational" again, or remember the previous "non-descriptive" label, and not grant the previously promised bonus. I really am shocked that Diamond would do this. It is ok for them to decide not to give me any bonuses. I don't have any problem with that. But once they offer me one, and then confirm that offer, it is a little late to change their mind. A reputable company would stand behind its promises and the promises of its agents. I suppose I am only posting this to vent, since it will affect no one else, but perhaps a little bad publicity for bad decisions is the only real court room we have.

I say that for the frustration and the bait and switch the bonus offer should now be doubled for your time and headaches of having to post about it. Just getting the bonus should not be enough.

#4bookmaker and DSI suffer from a major disconnect between Sales, Customer Service, and Sportsbook Management. They should offer to refund your money. This is my biggest complaint about this group. I have been baited and switched a couple of times, but it turned out to be a disconnect between CS and Sales.Comment -

#8Thank you for that offer. Apology accepted. I hope you will again decide that this arbitrary "non-recreational" label is not in your best interest ( look at my win/loss record). Until then, I do not wish to incur any more fees, even on your behalf. So, why don't I just go ahead and see if I can work this small deposit into one of your free $2500 check withdrawals? Should the unthinkable happen, and my deposit get lost again, I hope you will again reconsider your decision.Comment -

#9I have had issues in the past with DSI only on bonuses.Have found the only way to get it resolved is to email customer service.Chat and phone are useless, seems that the ones that know wtf is going on are in the email dept. They are one of my favorites since there has never been an issue getting paid.Comment -

#112 cents:
DSI has been calling me a lot lately to deposit.
I've told them that I'm happy w/ my accounts and I don't care for bonuses.
They still seem to call, however.Comment
