I started a thread asking if anyone in the USA has received a payout since 10-17 from 5 Dimes using 2 specific withdrawal methods.
The thread has been up for weeks, and was providing valuable information.
Several times in other threads, people had asked if 5 Dimes is safe, and were referred to the thread.
"Scooter: Is Lou available?
You are now speaking with Lou of PostingForum.
Lou: How can I help you?
Scooter: Lou - why did you delete the entire thread, which has been up for weeks and provided valuable information which provided much more reassurance to 5 Dimes customers than your posts assuring them that all is well? You could have just put *** for the funding methods.
Lou: Please refer to the PM sent to you.
Lou: Is there anything else I can help answer today?
Scooter: Take a look at this link, Lou -[Link deleted by me].
Scooter: Anyone can access this. It lists every funding method , including the ones in the thread.
Scooter: Also, you did not answer my question. You could have simply used *** for the funding methods. There was no reason to delete the entire thread, which provided valuable and reassuring info.
Lou: Correct --- that's not exposed within a public message-board. Forum policy is that posts/threads/comments containing processing information are taken down, either by ***'s you mention if it's a one-off or post removal. The thread in question was flagrant.
Lou: You can re-make a thread without making mention of the multiple specific processing methods which you did in your thread title, if you like.
Scooter: Put the thread back up, and put *** for the methods. Or I'll do it.
Lou: Is there anything else I can help answer today?
Scooter: Your rudeness is habitual and duly noted . Why are you not answering my question?
Lou: I'm sorry, Scooter, but I've already explained both via the PM which was immediately sent to you after the post removal & here in this chat. If you have no unrelated questions, I will have to disconnect this chat to assist others.
Your party has left this session."
Incidentally - whether one feels Lou is right or wrong about this absurd "policy" -
I'd like to note that I have yet to have a dealing with Lou where he has not been rude, curt, and discourteous.
He is designated by SBR for some reason to deal with the public, yet he has no sense of how to do this, or he just doesn't care.
