I wanted to give another example of how Bodog Live cancels winning bets, but never losers (despite what Bodog Becky states). This has happened to me several times, but the last one was so blatant.
I felt a pass play coming on towards the end of the half, so I bet 3 ways: Pass Complete, Pass Incomplete & Turnover because all 3 had great payouts. The outcome was a turnover paying 11-to-1! My bet was immediately settled, but at the end of the game I received an email stating that the bet was cancelled
"This is just a quick note from the Bodog Sports team letting you know that your wager 'What will the outcome of the next play be?' "Turnover" +1200 have been settled as 'No Action' because it was deemed to be placed after the event began. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but the line was left up too long in error, and your wager has been deemed invalid."
So they cancelled my big winning bet, but didn't cancel the 2 losers! Also, the bet was placed well before the play happened. But if they deemed all bets invalid on that play, I thought they would for sure credit my account if I would contact them about the oversight. Nope:
"We appreciate you taking the time to contact us in regard to your wager that was cancelled, we understand that you might frustrated at the outcome of wager 22xxxxx. However; this was a error in the lines as they were still up past the deadline. The wager was considered as invalid and we cancelled the wager, as for the two wagers you asked to be cancelled 22xxxxx and 22xxxxx were valid placed wager and has been graded correctly."
This is some of the most blatant cheating I have seen from a sportsbook. They're essentially admitting that they only cancel winning bets. Again, these bets were made on the exact same prop on the exact same play! The big winner was cancelled, and the 2 losers were accepted. Shame on you Bodog! Players beware
