I have been a player of BetOnline since Feb 2011, and have received payouts from them in the spring and recently in the fall (2 $2500 dollar amounts via check this past month). I was in the process of receiving an approved payout for $780. 95 (approved on 10/14) and $2500 (requested on 10/23).
After attempting to log on today, I was unable to log on. I called them subsequently, and after talking to customer service, they have suspended my account. I asked why my account was suspended, and they informed me there is an issue of a payment from a CC that got charged back from the bank. I was never aware nor notified of this, as I can acknowledge by checking my online banking that all of the deposits were authorized and have posted. In fact, the majority of deposits authorized and posted the same day.
I can understand their concern if a deposit was charged back from my card due to my bank (which I was never informed of from customer service nor my financial institution). However, I find the timing of my suspension to be questionable and unethical, as they were quick to accept incoming deposits this past weekend (in which I had no knowledge of the current status), but after a few winning wagers, (I turned a relatively small amount ( $400) to $2700 on 10/23) . It is interesting how they decide to suspend my account as of today 10/24 with 2 pending payouts that are due. ( $780, $2500).
I asked them specifically which transaction was charged back, and they were "unable" to provide that information.
Please help me as I feel I have been jaded out 3300 dollars as a result of their position to time when and who they choose to inform pertinent matter and subsequently decide to "suspend" an unknowing player, that could have been settled correctly and honestly if they were initially more transparent and conveyed what was going on.
