I just talked to CS from sportsbook.com. The guy swore that if I put in $200 and got my balance up to $1,000 that they could send me all of the money via Use MY Wallet in 24 hours. Obviously, I'm more than skeptical about giving them another $200 to get my $800 out. Any thoughts? Is this true?

#2Considering the processing issues they are going through at this time, I wouldn't think you would get your funds even remotely close to the 24 time frame they said to you. It's roughly like 4 months these days.Comment -

#13Waiting on 15k + USE MY WALLET payment
I've been lurking here every day for the last 3 weeks trying to get some useful information as to if/when I could ever expect to see payment from the infamous Sportsbook.com. Finally, I thought it only fair that I contribute and share my story. Maybe, just maybe, someone has some information that may help.
So I have been a Sportsbook.com client for well over 5 years. I was always relatively happy with the service although I must say that I did a fair bit more depositing than I did withdrawals in the past. About 18 months ago I requested a payout. Getting the funds was like pulling teeth and I decided to hang it up because I didnt trust that I'd ever see my money in the future if I continued to play.
Recently I got the itch to make a few football wagers, sit back and watch the ball games. Always makes a weekend afternoon on the couch better, right? So, old habits dying hard I deposited some cash on Sportsbook.com using a credit card. Long story short, I did pretty well and now have a total of three deposits totaling well over 15k pending for *** withdrawal.
Now I should mention that I have been trying to withdrawal for almost 30 days. Like the rest of you, I submitted for my first withdrawal and was told that I needed to provide ID, utility bill, card statements, etc.. I did so and was sent a confirmation email message approving my account for withdrawals. The withdrawal was cancelled and the funds were returned to my account. I requested a withdrawal a second time only to find that it was being "held". Guess why? They needed to verify my information. I resent the information again and after reading on this site requested USE MY WALLET. Fortunately setting that up on my account was relatively easy, very little hassle. My account was again confirmed approved for withdrawal via email. The final request was submitted 9/23 and the withdrawal history page still reads "pending".
Here's a suggestion: When you submit your information do it via scanned attachment to email and copy yourself on the message. Save your approval emails. Then when they request information as second, third, fourth time you can just forward them your original message with the multiple approvals attached. Saves some time.
The final and most disturbing straw for me is when I used the live chat feature. I was patched through to a gentleman named Charlie Hunt. As I explained my situation to Charlie rather than take the time to address my questions he would vanish...gone! This happened 3 times before I finally gave up.
I don't know whether I'll (we'll) ever see the cash and not having the money won't kill me. But if anyone has any suggestions or updates please do share on this thread. I'll do the same.Comment -

#14I got paid
I know exactly how you feel, I felt that way too but I eventually got paid
I don't know about my wallet, but I made 2 withdrawals, 1500.00 and 1600.00 and I got paid. All of the withdrawal I made before those two I got paid. It took some time, bottom line I got paid.nn
If you are waiting on your winnings to pay bills, you will be stressed out, and pissed off unnecessarily. If you can't afford to wait don't gamble. Keep reading this forum and you will see that all books make you wait at some time or another. Why don't you open another account with a different book while you wait.

#18We're all going to have to accept that fact that we can no longer use Sportsbook.com. I went through this stressful process this past summer, after forever, it was eventually resolved as I received my withdrawal via ***. I deposited again, played, and won (including a big poker tournament win). I withdrew about 5/6 of my balance and received my second *** withdrawal in one day!
I increased my remaining balance by about 30%, and on the 20th I requested a *** withdrawal. Well this time around it doesn't look good. The funds still haven't been sent to ***, and I have no idea when they will be. I still have some chump change in my Sportsbook.com account now. I'm going to play with it for a bit, and I'll soon withdraw all of it.
We all loved sportsbook.com and some of its sister books like sports.com, but it's time to let them go. I'm never making a deposit into sportsbook.com again, and once my account balance is 0, I'll never even open their home page.Comment -

#21it depends on the phase of the moon in sportsbook.com world :-)
but seriously, technically they can pay you instantly through *** if they want, just as in the old Neteller days.
If they don't, it's either up to their own internal policies (whatever they are) or due to insufficient funds in their *** merchant account (cash flow issues)Comment -

#23Got paid from Sportsbook.com
To everyone who is waiting to get paid from Sportsbook.com. I made a withdrawal on 9/25 for 5k using the *** method. The funds showed up in my *** acct on 10/9. This is exactly 10 business days like they told me prior to making the withdrawal. But here is the why it's amazing that I got paid. I have had this acct since 1997 but stopped using it for the past 3 years. One day out of the blue they sent me an email saying they deposited $50 into my acct for me to use. I had nothing to lose so put in a 6 teams parlay and hit $4800 on it (damm lucky). I sent them all the withdrawal verifications they needed. I am just very happy that I got paid - wasn't expecting it at all since I have not used or deposited any funds for the last 3 yrs. Just wanted to shared my story with everyone, I believe they'll pay everyone...it's just a matter of time. I know it's very stressful not knowing if you are going to get your money or not. Keep hope alive!Comment -
