I had just begin to use bodog regularly at the start of this football season. I had my first payout problem on a wire request ealier this wk.
Since I have never used the wire option before, I called on Tuesday and asked the bodog representative what is the limit for one transaction, and is 7000 USD ok? The phone girl said yes, but the payout will just be in euros, and I will be responsible for any possible exchange rate loss. I was Ok with that, so I got online and requested the 7000 USD wire withdraw. After a short while, I received a message from the payout department of bodog, the message says that they will process my 7000 dollar request in two transactions with over 3000 dollars each. I called again after that and confirmed the maximum wire payout for US player is 5000 USD each transaction. Since Im going on an oversea trip early November and dont have the time to wait for two payouts, I just cancelled the previous 7000 USD payout and requested the 5000 instead through wire.
Then when I called bodog today for my other courier check payout on october 11th( which is been delayed 2-3 business days due to the Canadian holiday on october 10th), I found out that my 5000 wire payout request is been processed as two separate courier checks. According to the phone operator, it was processed by bodog's payout department that way. I clearly requested the payout on wire, and they still made the mistake to process it as checks.
Im leaving the country on Nov 4th and I really need that 5000 dollar. Thanks to bodog's payout department, I might not get the money on time. As a matter of fact, none of my two previous payout from bodog through courier check arrived within the time frame of "4-7 business days" as bodog states. I can now only hope there is not another delay and they can wire me the money on time before I leave the country.
