    "A"-rated Euro sportsbooks
We don't have a lot of information on European sportsbooks, but more and more people keep asking us about this.

What are the must-have euro books?

    Hi Justin,

I'm one that have sending an email to you by requesting rating regarding euro books.

Btw there are already some euro books rated at SBR such as Bwin,Bet365,expekt,skybet,stanjames..

Like a wrote to you IHMO SBR miss two "at least B" books: Unibet and Sunderlands.

And, always in my opinion, Bwin and Betway are understimate if compared with other books listed at SBR

I'd have no problems putting my money at Bwin, although I'd expect my limits to get lowered in a hurry.

Betway... You have had good experiences with them? There were at least 2 accounts that had the entire balance confiscated, claiming they were owners of multiple accounts. When pressed, Betway did not provide proof, and the players were willing to go to bat.

Additionally, Betway has confiscated numerous bonuses - all related to some $25 freeplay promotion they were having.

Betway might indeed be a reasonable book, but they need to address these bonus and confiscation issues fairly. Until they do, I wouldn't touch them.

        Hi Justin,

well I'm an arbitrage betting player and I know other 3 players like me and until now none of us (4 players including me) have never get problems with Betway.

Regarding Bwin I agree with you,by the way Bwin has a great financial stability.

Maybe it's not a must for pro players but a C+ (Average to below average cust. service with some risk to players funds.) it's not the rating suitable for Bwin..

I'm not saying that Bwin could be consider an elite book but at leat a B/B+ sportbooks like bet365.

In my experience I can also say that Bwin has an eccellent customer service, always reply to me within 24 hours

Pretty much any book with a pre-internet history in the UK/Ireland is extremely solid. Places like Ladbrokes, Coral, Paddypower and William Hill have a massive range of shops and a reputation to protect, and imo your funds are as safe there as anywhere in the world. Slightly smaller but nearly as safe are Stan James and Victor Chandler.

Bwin? Awful limits, and bit of a reputation for dubious palping.

            I agree with you.

Anyway Stan J has bought 2 sportbooks in the last 2 years so I believe that SJ financial stability are not in trouble.

Bwin it's not perfect but we should don't forget that Bwin is the main sponsor of Portogal Liga (like Barclays and Clydesdale Bank do for English and Scotland premier) and Bwin also are sponsor of two major europe football clubs (Real Madrid and Milan).

Could the "lower limits" be considered as same level as a payout delay or any other problems?

I've read all complain regarding bwin and IHMO some players try to cheat Bwin during live events

Anyway maybe I was only lucky but I've never get a problem with Bwin

as a must have, of course, betfair without any doubts.

bwin have the most prettiest site around of all bookies i know, this is the major fact why they are very known (plus with all the publicity they make at real madrid, ac milan and other sports events).

They have lots of matches, even some obscure soccer leagues, and because of that they also tend to do a lot of errors when placing their odds, especially on live events, so be careful with them.

i like gamebookers, they never had problems with me and limits are good in my opinion.

For me there is few main points for classification on EUro bookies
                -Betting limits
                -customer service
                -fast payouts/different payment methods
                -many leagues and nice odds
                -licensed and regulated...

One of the top A-B rated( i dont have any problems with them more then 1 years) in my opinion are:
                LadBrokes,Expekt,VCBet,Eurobet,NordicBet ,Unibet,

I may include here also WillHill(very very slow CS and one day they may show you the door),STanJames(low limits, but excelent other services)
Betsson(low limits, fast payouts) Bet-At-Home,BetFred,BetSafe(low limits, good CS) but all of this category have 1 or 2 faults from my standart.

Also very usefull for me for different reasons like huge limits, fast payouts and different type of matches ,but few of them are registered in Malta:
BWin,,Betway(with warning),WinUnited,DoxxBet,24h Family(Entraction now) ,GlobetSport, and new one BalkanBet(i m very satisfied for now) and JetBull(dont now really where is registered but the last 2 bookies have very various leagues and choices)

And finally they are not bad,but with medium services may be are:
Admiral,888Sport,Sunderlands,WauwBet,Tot eSport,Bet24 and one Russian bookmaker called MarathonBet(with possible currency RUB only).

I think to try Mybet now but i heard that singles are not allowed in small leagues.

Well if someone is not a experience bettor he may try without problems Bet365,PaddyPower or Sportingbet but the stake will be 1-10$

I suppose my opinion will be helpfull..

Skybet will rapidly limit accounts to the point of being totally useless if you show any sign of winning.

All od them do but especially Unibet, Ladbrokes and WillHill are slow to do so. On the other hand Skybet and Sunderlands can cut you to 5$ per bet almost immediately.
