Is there anybody who LIKE BetOnline?

With the huge number of complaint threads, it makes me wonder if there are players who actually like BetOnline.

Thye have never stiffed anyone. They have opinionated lines. excellent upside limits. plenty of deposit options. some people still have -105. Alex comes in here regularly to address player issues. Decent bonuses.

the threads on here are about NOT getting paid BUT they are delaying payments all over this forum....players shouldnt have worry about being delayed imo, they should pay players PROMPTLY just like they get OUR deposits prompltly...too many delay complaints for me to play there

Basically, I think it's little nitpicking things right now. Delayed Payouts, Spamming e-mails, calling to solicit deposits, and spamming text messages.

Personally I haven't reupped with them because the reload offers are pretty shitty compared to other books. Not a whole lot of incentive. Obviously you will be paid, but Betonline was only the flavor of the month shortly after Alex took over.. now it is pretty far down on my list.

P.S. I also have only received excellent service from Alex, most of the reps on livechat are "blah" at best.

I like Betonline. Reasons:

-Moneybookers payouts up to 8k within 36 hrs for a $20 fee.
-10 cent NHL lines.
-High limits on all sports, including NHL.

I like BetOnline:

Pros:

-105 lines for me
-Alex is responsive to issues, and has always fixed things that are broken
-high limits
-has never stiffed anyone (could be more timely on payouts though)
-very good mobile site
-Several deposit options

Cons:

-Customer Service is inconsistent, not knowledgeable, unhelpful
-Sales/Marketing/Promotions are amongst the worst in the business. Same crap, constantly repackaged. The rare new promos are often expired before they are advertised.
-Payouts are often delayed. You will get your money, but occasionally will have to wait for it.
-high fees on payouts/transfers

If you are in it for the long haul, and not looking to deposit/withdrawal every week, then BetOnline is a good out, IMO.

Thank you all for your input! It appears that payment delays are the main downside to BetOnline. I imagine you can opt out of the text, phone call, and email sales pitches.

Betonline has always paid me promptly and multiple times. I like playing there because of an always reload bonus, great lines, high limits, baseball dimeline and now hockey dimeline. I don't just use them but im sure glad i have them as an out.

With the dwindling options for US players, I think they look pretty good right now. That and 5Dimes.

For me betonline is very simialar to 5dimes, and therefor a good bookie.

Higher limits in some games than 5di
Higher relaod bonus

Cons
Slower support

To many people always trust all this players that complain about betonline, sometimes it can be the player that has lost a lot,and want to "get back" on them, or havent follow their rules and get delayed payments because of it.

If someone tryes to complain about pinnacle, noone belives them

Easy to understand why betonline is growing, look at other big betting sites, betonline on the frontpage for weeks, even if other pages has 150 other bookmakers to promote...

I have had no problems with these guys other than the live chat people not always having a solution to my problem. For those of us in the 'anti online sports betting' United States these guys are our best bet.

There are many sites that contract out their 'live chat' support, and they actually have no connection to the sportsbook! I never use live chat, because the level of support is reduced across the board.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. I just wanted to get a feel for what people really think about the book. Of course people are more apt to share their opinions when they are dissatisfied, and that's what seems to be the case with BetOnline.
