Is anybody having problems getting paid from BETUS? I am waiting since June 22nd for a wire payout, wondering if anybody else has had success with them recently or experiencing any problems. They keep lying to me about what day the funds will be sent.

I started with the book when they opened offices here in Panama back on March 2007. I took a break after Football season was over to handle some of my own business affairs but came back to get some action about 3 months ago. Before working for BETUS.com I worked for Legendz/Thepig.com here in Panama also, where I had a blast.
My honest response is that, yes, payouts are slow out here but are always safe and you will always get your money. We use European 3rd party processing companies and banks to pay customers when they request a check or bank wire because US Banks do not endorse payments due to legislation, and this is the reason why. We set expectation at 7 to 10 business days, but it usually takes less than that to get that check to your destination or bank account when you request a bank wire.
If you really want a fast payout with BETUS.com, the best option would be depositing via Moneygram. When you deposit via Moneygram you can withdraw via Moneygram within the same day or 2 at the most.

Betus is slow took me 2 months to get my money. my friend seems to get his payments 1-2weeks now via fed ex ($50 dollar fee ).Go to 5 dimes fast paypouts good customer service . The only thing i dont like is there limited deposit options .Comment -
I cant really tell since Ive never processed a payment that has been late, but Im sure its possible. Is not always perfect in our day to day life situations. Sorry to hear that happened to you Joe.

I used BETUS years ago. I deposited 2 dimes and everything was fine. I played for a few months and completed the rollover. I requested a payout of $1,800 which was my whole account. It took me about 50 phone calls, lots of frustration, being told something different by different people each time. I told them I just wanted to see how my first payout is and then I am going to deposit 10dimes. I then got my check and stayed clear of that shiit book. I only play at Heritage where I get paid the same day... Betus was nothing but a hassle....המוסד

Spoke with BetUS last Friday, sternly demanding that my funds be deducted and wired out immediately after being lied to about the date for a month- was told it would be out within an hour. The money was deducted an hour later but i was then told that the swift code i had given for wire transfer was wrong, so i had to cancel the payout- however it does seem that after a month of lies and a couple of very angry phone calls they were making an effort to get the payout processed. Will be trying to fix the swift code issue tomorrow hopefully.Comment -

I understand the company invest lots of money in third party processing companies so nobody can trace your transactions back to the book. Do you really want US goverment to find out how or where youre depositing or withdrawing your money from when youre using a sportsbook? Not really a good idea.

Bet US is known for stealing away your bonus money and winnings if you win big. Just do some research and you will quickly see what Bet US has been doing since their inception years ago. Look man. There are so many books that have never even once stole a players money. Why reward a book like Bet US who has done it hundreds of times? Its bad for the industry. They stole my bonus flat out after I won big. They told me lie after lie after lie. They are no different than Bet Royal in that they are always looking to get over on you. if you are init to win big like we all should be then there is no point in playing there. Imagine somehow winning 30 grand. Are you going to feel safe and secure? Of course not. Now imagine winning 30 grand at WSEX or Bet Jam. No worries. Trust me Ive been at both and it sucks being scammed and not being able to ever do shit about it. Dont reward places that scam people and then think its all good because a couple of years went by and we all forgot about it. Telling us every three years that they are turning it around. You know, new management and shit. Its BS!!! Stay with the solid books please for the industry bro. payout update
Update on my payout- had to cancel the original payout of $1,000 as i wasn't able to get the swift code in time on Friday afternoon. Requested a payout for my entire balance of $2,500 on Tuesday, 22nd, waiting managed authorization until this morning, when it was withdrawn from the account at 11am, with the status as "ready to pay". Logged on tonight and as of 6pm it is listed as paid, so hopefully i will be seeing this wire in my account very soon. I plan to deposit with a more reputable book when i get these funds.Comment -

During my tenure at SBR, I've looked at many disputes with BetUS - mainly involving processor issues. There have been a few others, but in every instance, they resolved the dispute fairly.
I cannot speak about what happened more than 3 years ago, but no one has been robbed by BetUS in the last 3 years to my knowledge.Comment -
ok update on my payout first requested June 22nd- it was finally processed and listed as paid last Thursday. As of today, the money has arrived into my bank account, minus $50 that they obviously stole somewhere because my bank already charged me a separate fee from the wire.Comment -

I also received my payout from BetUS. It was a check for $1400 that I requested July 10th and received on July 24th. It took longer than I would have liked, but I got it and it cleared.
Kent/BetJD, can you help process my next request faster, since at least half of the time was waiting for the funds to get paid? I'm sure some evidence of some smooth transactions would go a long way for your company.Comment -

I still feel it has to be true, that every MOD on this forum says they have made good on all of their wagers over the past several years.
In fact, since even you say ~$1400 cashouts should be no problem, I feel pretty safe with a bankroll not much bigger than that.Comment -

My list of unacceptable issues(myself & buds) with Betus is as long as the Mississippi. Betjd, thanks for your input, but I just have one question. After all is said and done, why can most other books payout within a week, and some as fast as 3-4 days when Betus spits & sputters for weeks on end??
You can sugar coat answers all you want to make it sound as if Betus is handcuffed and trying their hardest. But, as usual, 90% of the stuff out of their mouths is pure bullchit and double talk. Be it in regards to payouts, promises , bonuses etc. They have a horrible reputation .

Let me tell you what happened to me at BetUS a few years back. Then you will know and understand why I cringe and laugh when I hear that anyone would dare send them there hard earned cash! I am a big player first off. I sent Bet US 10 dimes and received there 45% bonus with a 4 time rollover. This was about my 4th deposit with them in the last 6 months. I had no problems previously because of course I was losing. I received the same bonus everytime and the same rollover. This time i win and win big. Around 5o grand. Assoon as I ask for a deposit I wait around two weeks for my check to no avail. it was for 10 grand. Two checks for 10 grand if I remember right. As Im waiting I am playing and starting to lose a little. Everyday I calll Im told anyday now. After about 3 weeks Im told that I have to forfeit my bonus because it is only given to players to help them get started. This is obviously bullshit since Ive sent many deposits before and had no issues. Im also told that they only want recreational players. Another joke since while I was losing and sending money BetUS had no problems with my action or deposits. After losing my 7200$ bonus and waiting over a month, my checks arrive. Of course I lost the other money while there "keep me on the property" trick worked to perfection. So now you know why nobody in there right mind would play for a book that does this to big winners. Even if you bet small why reward shops like this? Dont you want to win big? We all do and it just might happen to you. Dont risk it with BetUS and lose sleep and feel nervous when you have that kind of money sitting in your BetUS acct. Stick with only the best books. Dont fall for there huge bonus ploy!!! Dont fall for that "that was before" bullshit. Same owner now as it was then. And if you are wondering why I didnt try and get help its because I didnt even have a copmuter back then. I didnt make one on line wager and had never even heard about forums. Most players havent and they count on that. Thats why I always mention that Im a forum guy when i sign up now. They slow play everyone... it will take two weeks from when the funds actually are removed from your account, they hope you keep betting and lose some of it back so the withdrawal cannot be completed.Comment -
