BetIslands: Read Carefully Before Accepting Free Play Bonus
I was just informed by CS at BetIslands that once a customer accepts a free play bonus with his/her deposit, that customer cannot withdraw ANY funds unless and until he/she meets the rollover requirement.

So, please remember that if you accept a free play bonus, you will be required to rollover your deposit amount plus the free play amount twelve times before you can withdraw any money, including your initial deposit.

          Hi guys,

This is correct if a player does accept a bonus they must fulfill their rollover before cashing out , I think with the healthy bonus plans we are offering with 107 juice and free half points that should not be a problem.

We also do offer cash bonuses and freeplays with a smaller rollover if you wish to clear that fast and still get an extra % on your deposit.

You are also able to redeem either 107 or free half points or no bonus.

          Cheers!

          Jon

This is generally how it is

            No news here

Players should always be checking rules BEFORE accepting bonuses

Clearly stated in the rules. Also, most Books require completion of RO before withdrawing, so I don't get the complaint at all.

This type of rule is very standard with many books so nothing really uncommon about this matter IMHO sir.

In fairness, I did not complain. Did I say anywhere that I requested a payout? I was trying to make sure that the information was out there. You guys are always so quick to jump down someone's throat. I was just trying to get the word out that this is the policy. I have accounts at bodog, 5dimes and had an account at the Greek.

I was just trying to understand your thread. You deposit at BI and get a generous bonus. However you expect to then be able to withdraw your deposit and basically play off the money they gave you. Really?

12x is a very high roll...but you should be able to put in a lot of volume/wagers in with the free half point and solid teaser prices.

Next you'll tell us that BetIslands charges juice on wagers and doesn't let you bet at even money on both sides.

Another caution you all should be aware of. You can't deposit using someone elses cred card such as a neighbors, a hooker or one you found on the street.

I find it easy to lay abet off against Betfair and when you lose to Betislands you have effectively transferred your money to Betfair where you can withdraw immediately.

I thought that was pretty much industry standard policies. But some places have different rules than others.
