    BetOnline management won’t honor their word
    Timeline:
    23JUN2011 - bonus promised by manager XXX, deposit immediately solicited
    23JUN2011 - BW deposit info given to CS agent, bonus reaffirmed
    24JUN2011 - BW received by BOL, CS refuses to honor, needs to get upper mgmt approval
    25JUN2011 - email from XXX saying upper management won't approve the bonus
    25JUN2011 - sent email back
    30JUN2011 - email from Operations Manager YYY, decision is final, apologized but won't honor it. I heard about Alex is a higher up from the forum, was told he wouldn't talk to me and works in a new area of the company.
    <no activity>
    26AUG2011 - requested a full and free refund, XXX said that she needs to talk to upper mgmt
    29AUG2011 - email from XXX, need to comply w/ their written terms and conditions, will not send back my money now for free
    29AUG2011 - filed SBR complaint

      Seems like par for the course with these guys. I've already gotten 3 or 4 unsolicited bonus offers from them that, upon contacting CS, was told had already expired. Right, the bonus offer expired in the 20 minutes between me getting it and contacting them. Pure bait and switch shop.

            Its no mystery to real players. Some people have 105 and the rest like opinionated lines. Simple as that--not tuff to figure out.

                  I've been spammed by touts before, actually I got one from Stu Fiener today, but yeah I think they're the first book to text spam me. I told BetOnline several times that sending unsolicited texts is illegal in the US and they didn't ever reply. The time I got one at 530am, Alex just said "Oh they're not supposed to send them that early just reply with STOP," completely ignoring that they should have never texted me in the first place, as I've never played with BetOnline.

                    And a handful of other books offer opinionated lines as well from time to time, you just need to know where to look. I get my -105 to -107 reduced from other shops. You think you can only get -105 at BOnline Sorry pal, if you think you're a "real player" by sticking with this hack shop that's your problem.

                    Out of all books (not incl scam shops) this book gets the most complaints by far. And I can vouch for some of them as I've experienced them in the past for myself.

                    You keep sending in 3 picture ID's, 2 utility bills, and a blood sample for a w/d. Then wait 2 weeks minimum.

                    I'll request mine today and have it no later than 2mrrw.


                    By the way, I just recvd the first solitication EVER by text today to my cell phone. Hmmm.......wanna take a guess who it was from?

                    That's right BetOnline. They're top notch alright

                      This is sooo gonna implode, run while you can.
                      And don't listen to SBR here, they will tout them as long as the money comes in.

                      Then something will finally happen, Alex will be "moved" or not to be found anymore (like Richard)..Bill and John will be taken by complete surprise and downgrade them (sarcasm), and a bunch of players will stand there with dick in hand.

                        What can I expect going forward? I haven't heard anything since 29Aug. I've heard about all the people SBR has helped, not trying to sound ungrateful here...

                              Yes, he just processed the payout for my balance without any fees on my preferred method (how I originally sent it).

                              Thank you for all your help Lou/SBR, and Aaron/BetOnline. Once I have received the money I will consider this successfully resolved. I will update at that point.
