I deposited $100 through a payment option on BetOnline. The same deposit that I have been using for a year now. For whatever reason, the $$ did not end up in my betonline account. I recieved an confirmation email that the deposit was successful and the Money shows being deducted from my checking account. Despite numerous chats with customer service at betonline, i have gotten no where and basically they are telling me that the deposit option that I used is not accepted at betonline. If the deposit method is not used....Why have I been successful depositing via this option for the last year and why would the option show up under deposit options?
I dont know what to do. I am not concerned about the 100bucks, but I am concerned that this is simply "shady" and for the fact that I have deposit sooo much money of the last year. Why would they take $100 from me? They are telling me that it is the payment processor. Of course, I call the payment processor and it is a message machine that gives you an oppurtunity to leave a message....of course..it says mailbox full. Not able to even leave a message. Do I at this point call my bank and have them delete the transaction?
