    Betonline stole $$ from me.....
    I deposited $100 through a payment option on BetOnline. The same deposit that I have been using for a year now. For whatever reason, the $$ did not end up in my betonline account. I recieved an confirmation email that the deposit was successful and the Money shows being deducted from my checking account. Despite numerous chats with customer service at betonline, i have gotten no where and basically they are telling me that the deposit option that I used is not accepted at betonline. If the deposit method is not used....Why have I been successful depositing via this option for the last year and why would the option show up under deposit options?

    I dont know what to do. I am not concerned about the 100bucks, but I am concerned that this is simply "shady" and for the fact that I have deposit sooo much money of the last year. Why would they take $100 from me? They are telling me that it is the payment processor. Of course, I call the payment processor and it is a message machine that gives you an oppurtunity to leave a message....of course..it says mailbox full. Not able to even leave a message. Do I at this point call my bank and have them delete the transaction?

    Gary FIRST, delete your acct# from the chat you pasted here!!!!!!!

    SECOND, I had basically the same thing happen to me last week. I tried to contact their processor to no avail, so I waited. The charge sat as "pending" on my cc statement for about 5 business days, but was never "finalized" and after 5 days the temporary hold "fell off" and the funds were released back into my account. If you're at the point where the charge is no longer "pending" but has been "finalized" then take a screenshot of their cashier page to prove their lying to you by saying they dont offer that method, and you've tried to contact processor to no avail, then file a complaint with SBR.

    THIRD, never use BetOnline again. They're are a number of better options out there

      Thank for the tip on deleting my betonline act number. I didnt even think about that. I am new to the forum. Unfortunately, every transaction I make with my DC shows as pending in my checking account. I do suspect that the transaction will be finalized as I recieved an email that the transaction was proccessed and approved.

      I will never use betonline again and urge all of my friends to do the same. You would think if Betonline had a customer that was unhappy that they would at least make an effort to contact me. I have sent over 5 emails to support and have not been contacted yet. Not good for bussiness i tell ya.

        They're coldness and robot like approach to dealing with customers is very disconcerting. Not to mention trying to get a withdrawal from them, especially when depositing by CC. Last I checked they wanted 2 photo ID's, 3 utility bills, and a blood sample to complete a withdrawal request.

        For a new book Gary I'd recommend Bet Islands or 5Dimes. You may have trouble using your cc for deposits here if you're a US player, but whatever you have to do to deposit is worth it.

          Thanks. I am already a 5dimes customer and I love it. Mater of fact I have a couple thousand dollars in that account which I have been on a bad streak. Thats why i decided to deposit with betonline so I could have a change of scene for a day. 5Dimes is awesome. They pay within hours and great customer service. Im just going to chalk up a $100 loss from Betonline and move on. Hell, 100 is like losing one game. Not the money....just the point of ripping a customer off.

              ***Note......The betonline manager, Warren, has just contacted me via phone call. He apologized and immed credited the funds to my account along with 25% free play. I must say that this was the only issue that I have ever had with Betonline and Warren took care of the situation as soon as bussiness hours resumed. Warren, I thank you and I will continue to use your sportsbook.

                      If u trust them so much then why start a thread bashing them saying they stole a measly $100 from your deposit. I mean damn it goes along way to just speak to a manager and have them look deeper into the situation.
