Do they ever get back to you in an e-mail? I have been waiting for many days and no word.

You can always try the live chat, you can only access it if you go to "security center" - "security token" or something

They became very very slow with transactions. Few years ago i took them approx 3 days to proceed my withdrawals, now it takes more than 6-7 days. Terrible!

you dont need to lose, you need to make big cash float from and on MB account. I think at least 5000 per month, but im ot VIP im not sure.

your problem will probably be solved by the time they respond to your e-mail, but transactions are very quick max 48 hours, they don't have a toll free number so get on skype and give them a call, probably faster

identical experience here, always posts up on the 2nd business day for me, excepting Cyprus' occasional bank holiday which doesn't coincide with the continent

One month ago i requested my withdrawal Saturday and the money hit my bank account Thursday next week(4 business days). Last week i requested another withdrawal Thursday and still no money in my account(6 business days). I'm reliable member for approximately 6 years never had a single problem with them.
A friend of mine told me that they have some sort of their own CC promotion and that's the reason they intentionally slow down other CC requests, of course this is just a rumor but i'm getting more and more worried.
