igned up in July with cc. Lost. Then repeated twice with diferent cards. Lost. Finally deposited with a CC that had a mispelling of one letter of my last name but told them this before depositing. They said no problem. Was up 3500 and asked for a 500 ** just to make sure they were legit. They told me my card was blurry. Then sent 15 copies of my CC, bank statements, DL and utility bills. They said one card had my name wrong. I told them that they pre-authorized it. They said wait 24 hours. Next day they said below my name on 2 cards was my business name. I said I owned the company, which is true. They said too bad so sad. I said where is that on the rules? They said all cc deposits are up to the owners discretion. I told them to o **** their mother. They hung up. I want to meet them in an alley so bad I can taste it.

Secret Stash is the peanut gallery I referred to when I submitted the 1st claim against WSEX. When I submitted the WSEX claim, Turd after Turd said I was hiding something. Now those same turds are still trying to get paid by WSEX. $3500 is not a lot of money to me. Ask 5Dimes and BetJ how much I have deposited to them. Problem is that I never won a bet with those books. Nothing against them, I just couldn't win there. That's why I tried 2 different places. JustBet paid, BOL sucks Donkey Cuck. Please do not get me wrong that $3500 isn't a lot of money. For them stiffing me, I would rather cost them zillions by bad press then take the $. My phone is ******. You have my address and phone so tell me I'm still hiding Secret Stash.

Bet The Hook just described them to the tee. I submitted a complaint today. The problem I have with complaints is that human nature tells you to be quiet while the complaint is going on so you still get paid. There is no pain to BOL for a filed complaint. There is serious pain with posts like these. I'm 100% right and I have a vendetta. I got stiffed $3500 and feel 5x that is a fair price to badmouth them. So I got a ways to go.

I have submitted a complaint form along with giving Lou the deposit dates and a copy of all 4 ************. Every item will be given that is asked for. Soon we will see. I am not hiding a single thing, therefore if I am scammed, one of two things happened. 1. BOL is a stiff book and SBR should never receive another penny from their marketing department. 2. BOL pays people for bad verdicts. There is absolutely no funny business on this complaint.

the dudes submitted countless form of verification and ID's to prove his identity .. not only that but he also asked before hand if it was ok before depositing and they said yeah sure no problem .. lol

and now they are giving him this BS now that his made this much money .. this is no different then stealing his money and these guys need to end up in jail .. betonline is getting way out of hand for there own good and I hope even if he does get payed .. no one will continue to use a shit book like them .. keep in mind this is HIS OWN MONEY they are not paying him .. had he lost all his money .. do u think just a because of ONE letter in his name they would give it back to him .. Thank you for your advice. My style is based on a conspiracy theory that is based on pure hypothesis. I figure that last time I submitted a form was rt b4 wsex went down. They owed me 20k. They told me that bc I knew a credit player that stiffed them, I would not be paid. While I waited for the submittal process I should keep my mouth shut. The process went on almost 2 weeks and by the time I heard wsex won the dispute I was already forgotten in the forum. I hypothesized that the submittal form keeps you quiet while you are forgotten. Am I right? Idk. As I said I have not an ounce of proof for the hypothesis. I have plenty proof BOL stiffs me

can you please show me where I have complaints against 2 different books? I currently have been paid by just bet, bet islands and stiffed by BOL and WSEX for 20k 5 years ago. I filled out a dispute for wsex and stayed quiet and then was ruled against and soon wsex was dead. But not before they stole zillions. I don't need 2k like you need that T-shirt you won so this time it will be different. Just wait till Tue. My bad English is conveying to my 400 employee company that all who register at SBR and post against BOL get $10 per post. How was my English there?

Before having yourself branded as a ********** artist and potentially denied that deposit method at books in the future, it might be a prudent decision to simply file a sportsbook complaint so we can follow up on your behalf.

After speaking with BetOnline management, the following was explained:

1. The misspelling of the player's last name on the card used obviously prompted the need for additional scans/documents. While the request may have helped infuriate the player, it was necessary and fairly standard.

2. Due to the high fraud risk associated with "business cards", BetOnline is going to A. refund deposits to the card in question, B. will pay the winnings of the account balance through their normal payout methods, and C. institute a rule going forward that company cards will not be accepted.

I never doubted this thing would get paid to the player properly. For every one else, this is not the way to get paid when you get a good screwing. when you know you are right (like the OP did) and you feel you have been wronged, give Justin and company a chance to settle it out for you. THEN go crazy if they fail. Not before. I have been stiffed by books, like all long time players have. Happens to you sooner or later, but most books have personnel who screw up. It might take some time to get to a decision maker. Glad you got your cash coming chop shop.

I might suggest just asking to speak with a higher level supervisor. While SBR can be effective in helping to bridge communication gaps in certain complaints, I don't think there was any doubt that BetOnline mgt was going to reach the same conclusion, with or without our inquiry.
