If 5Dimes is rated A+ CreditWagering should be A++

Been a week and a half and still have not gotten my withdrawl that was supposed to take 3-5 days. 5Dimes doesnt seem to want to help figure out why nothings working, and can't even seem to be in communication with their own processors to find out. All they can tell me is I'll probably have to wait another 10 days until the funds are sent back to them, then at that point they'll be in my 5dimes account, then I can try another withdrawl. So essentially a $400 withdrawl from a A+ book is going to take about a month.

I've used CreditWagering before and it didnt even take that long

Now they tell me I need to send them my bank statement to prove I did not receive the deposit BEFORE they'll contact their processor to check the status?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! what a joke this site is.

As said in the other thread, feel free to contact us. You may want to consider not betting online if getting your payment if one day late or even a week is reason to panic. Few have a as good a track record with payouts. Betting online is not for everyone. On a side note, VIP.com is behind on thousands.

Vip.com is behind on thousands because people didnt do what VIP asked them to do, anyone that did has been paid from what I've seen. And it's not so much the late payment that makes me think that they shouldnt be rated A+, it's the fact that they seem to not even want to do anything to fix or solve the issue. They refused to even contact their processor to find out the problem unless I sent in my personal bank statements. Late payments and issues can always arise, I can understand that. But in my mind an A+ book (which to me means the best of the best) would do more to figure out the problem, and not demand things from me like personal bank statements. Maybe that's just me though, different people have different standards

And I'm not panicking, as I said in the other thread I'm sure I'll get paid. I'm not sitting here thinking they are going to run out on me and not pay me. It's just about the delay and not having them do anything about it or even get info. And they've said it could be another 10 days for me to even have the funds redposited to my 5Dimes account, which would mean another 5 days to get a different withdrawl,which makes the whole process almost a month long. By my definition of A+ that wouldnt happen in an A+ book, again just my opinion though. You and the other ppl that run this site obviously know more than me on the subject, and I did send in a request yesterday. Thanks for the feedback.

Following the OP's logic, EZ Street should be A+++. EZ confiscated one casino player's balance and got dropped from a C+ to a D. During the same time frame, 5D erased 3 casino players' winnings and maintained their elite rating.

It wasn't too long ago if you didnt get your paypal from a sportsbook within a few hours readers made a good argument that a book shouldn't be A+. Processing is a weird bird now and there are reasons for what they are asking you. But, you can't compare them to closed books like VIP or any other rating from years past including their own. It's a different business for them and their handful of competitors left.

VIP owes and owes fast. Their football season bettors aren't hanging around their site for the u20 world cup or VIP's 20c baseball lines. Lets be realistic. You'd be complaining had you not bet in the offseason and I would too.

It's human nature to base your assessment on your experience and it's fine. Keep us posted on your payout. It's no fun when one gets lost.

Yes 5dimes is great and your money is safe, sorry u gotta wait for them to clear this up. Just 1 mistake out of so many and i thought i stated before it has to be a processor issue, that happens sometimes.
