    Cash out Vig!
To cash out using a money transfer, it costs something like 80-90?

WTF thats like 10% of your funds....

It cant cost that much to send it, it is a total rip, and lets not say its because of the legal situation.

It cannot cost that much to send a guy down to the store to buy a pack of smokes, and pick up
    the funds.

This is a total rip, the books are taking total advantage here, they are basically making another vig on the balance you cash out!

Well it is definitely not free.. and remember most books give you free deposits if you deposit a certain amount.... and most books these days I think offer one free payout per month/week with certain methods... those are costly for them.

But I do feel for you. I would vomit if I was in the same situation as you americans. Thank God for neteller, moneybookers and euro bookies.

Find another payout method (i.e. the free ones at certain books) or decide that the payout fees are too high and don't play.

I guess the best is to try to get the one free payout per month, and avoid the fees if you can. But they always try to say your not eligeble.

No idea who "they" are or what your exact issues are, but I would work on resolving them. I'm sure you realize tons of people have no problem receiving monthly free payouts from those books that offer them.

Disagree. I've had no problems with the methods for larger amounts that come to your door or are sent more directly from books like Heritage, 5Dimes, BM, etc. I'm obv being specifically vague about the the methods, but you can read b/t the lines.
