That's not necessarily "slow" in the current climate, it's just not as fast as you were receiving payouts from BetJM. Important distinction.

I'm also guessing Heritage is processing quite a few payouts from Greek/BetJM transferred accounts that want to reduce their exposure, test out Heritage's payouts, etc.

Way too soon to judge Heritage's payout speed IMO.

EDIT: I also just noticed someone reported being paid 4-figures in 3 days in the July payout thread.

        Guys,

I just completed texting with heritage regarding withdrawal/payouts. I'm a transferred betjam and greek customer looking to close my accounts. Can anyone confirm the following?:

        1. No paperwork is required to process payout/withdrawal. I was told simple verification of physical address and some personal information is all that is required.

        and

        2. Cashier's checks and money order's withdrawals have a $3000 dollar limit and a $55 charge per.

        Thanks in advance for responses.

Why would a random forum poster know better than the book itself?

If the book told you their policies, those are their policies.

FWIW, they do offer one free payout per 30 days (I'm not mentioning the method b/c we are not supposed to mention specific methods here).

Lastly, if you login to the cashier section, you can find their policies.

Well you see, John, even after thorough questioning to discover ALL of their payout options(including a direct query about their most economical option) I was NOT informed of their "one free payout/30 day policy". Little oversights like these are why I solicit the board for confirmation.

It is slow and it fu**ing sux. There are about 3-4 good books left. And who knows if they will leave too. Online gambling w solid books is on the brink of extinction. The US Government couldn't do sh*t on the so called war on drugs. But, when it comes to the online gambling, the US is about 2 moves away from CHECK MATE!!!

4 business days warrants a slow pay thread...really? It's not Heritage's fault that Spiro left the US market. Cut them a little slack, you'll get paid.

I made a request last Wednesday and got the check Monday. It was a once a month free payout, BTW.

I did a P2P withdrawl and had the $ the same evening. They told me to call back the next day but I checked live chat 4 hours after putting in the request and they had the control number and name. I too am a Greek Bet Jam refugee and I did not have to send any new documentation, but did pay $45 for the max withdrawl.
