Are there any A+ books that offer in game live wagering? I am looking for a new book to open an account with now that vip has shut their doors.

Sportsinteraction may be the best option as they carry a lot of games and offer more options than most offshore books. Lines are pretty juiced up but that is to be expected.
If you do not already have an account then you will have to look elsewhere.
