#3Bodog - But being from NY they have no deposit options. They are also horrible for anyone who takes gambling more serious than a high school kid. About the squarest book I have ever seen.
BetOnline - But if you are a larger player at last check they don't do wires which means you need to get multiple checks for $3,000 on a weekly basis. Which could take forever when trying to withdraw anything over $10,000.
5Dimes - Good wagering options, good menu, good withdrawal options. Problem is they will cut you if you win too much. Not exactly good for pro or semi-pro players like Greek was.
Legends - Horrible withdrawal options but great customer service.
BetIslands - Up and coming sportsbook but not yet time tested.
RebateWager - I don't know much about them but seems to be a square book given the options they offer (rebates).
Bookmaker - Probably the best option for US players. A little scary given their recent issues but they are financially sound and offer a good menu of wagers with good limits. Good customer service too. Also great deposit options. The cons however are 20 cent baseball lines and withdrawals take as long as two weeks.
My ranking for wagering options for US Players:
Bookmaker
5Dimes
BetIslands
BetOnline
Legends + Rebate Wager
Any local bookie

#4If you are betting enough to need multiple $3000 checks per week you should be able to find yourself into Pinnacle and I'd guess The Greek soon.Comment -

#10As a larger player, a book that does not offer wire withdrawals is very difficult to wager at. When you bet at the Greek you could request any amount for a wire withdrawal in one shot. At Bookmaker you can take out deep into five figures in a single wire. I realize most players don't fall into this category but to take out $30,000 at Greek would be one withdrawal, at Bookmaker would be one withdrawal, at Legends it would be ten withdrawals (could take 2 months to complete).Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday.Comment -

#12Here is my number criteria for a sports book. If I had $100,000 in a sports book. what book would I feel most confident that I could get a my money out. From what is left available to U.S. residents, Betmaker is the shop that I would select.Comment -

#16Yep, they definitely deserve to be on the list. Didn't mention because they are part of the bookmaker family but you are right as they deserve to be separate because of better lines.Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday.Comment -

#21I am brand new to this site and I see alot of hate towards Youwager. I have been using their book for over a year and deposits and payouts are super easy and reliable for US players. They just don't advertise and yes they will contact you if you dissappear for awhile. I just don't answer the phone but for some people I can see that being a breaking point. In the end for me, its the payout and they are lightning fast. Just my opinion..Comment -

#22Anyone have any info on betvegasvic or betrojan? Looking for another out for football with betjam going down. Right now I am leaning towards betislands or betmaker but would consider these other two reduced juice shops if anyone has any insight and have gotten paid. Currently using 5dimes and superbook. I am almost thinking these smaller shops might be my best option (if they are legit) since the US gov probable won't go after them.Comment
