Hi I was wondering what the ruling on this should be.... I bet ty wiggington to have more total bases than an other player on atlanta I forgot the other players name. But its a head to head match up prop. After I bet the game I realized ty wiggington was not in the starting lineup and he was not going to play. Later in third inning he came in because another player got hurt. I was under the impression since he did not start it should be graded as no action. BetOnline graded it as a loss. If this is not the case it would be real easy to angle shoot the book by seeing who would not start then betting the other player. I have tried to talk to betonline support and they keep saying they are looking into it. My other beef with betonline is they advertise bonuses and send you emails about them and have them listed on their site and after you deposit their support acts like they dont know what is going on. They had a special if you deposited 300 you get a 100 freeplay and a poker tourney ticket and 100% casino bonus on your deposit. I recieved my freeplay but the multiple different support said they had no idea what the casino bonus is i was refering too.

Yeah, I'd say you definitely have a case here. I wager on this prop a fair bit at another book (Greek) and it is clearly stated that both players must start for action, not appear at some point. I would have to think that would be the industry standard.....Comment -
supposed to be no action, however i had a player get a pinch-hit whom i had bet on to get a hit and 5dimes graded it as a win. so the graders dont always check the box scores properlyComment -
Should be no action at betonline. It's incredibly annoying that they don't list the opposing player on the TB matchups in the pending wagers, I really wish they'd fix that. I can't believe it's that complicated to fix.Comment -
