I understand you need to send copies of your card, utilty bill or an ID, and sometimes a credit card form.

What sites don't request that CC form?

Like I've mentioned to you previously sir. I believe every book out there these days make you fill out the proper paperwork before processing your payouts.

If you don't win or don't need a payout until after you've been there six months it's possible you won't have to fill one out. Even then, if you switch cards you probably will have to fill out the form. But like Dan said, no book will go on record as one that doesn't require the form.

Jazette books and family normally doesn't require cc form, but you might have to fax them a copy of your banks void check to request a withdrawal.

dont use a CC to deposit , simple , cash only or FedEx Check. if you dont have cash then use CC to get a cash advance (dont recommend)

Please don't do a cash advance on your CC. It is the easiest and quickest way to bankruptcy.

It's pretty simple, if you don't have the money don't bet. A lesson I learned a year after maxing then 10K my CC. Now, I'm playing better than ever because I value my own hard worked cash more.

Great advice not to borrow to bet. A select few can beat the vig but I don't know any that could beat the juice + 15% APR.

Alot of players use the cards as a method to get the money there since it is so fast. If you can pay it within the month, probably some rewards points to gain.

As mentioned, the fees associated w/ CC transactions are typically not worth it. Pretty hard to beat some of those and juice if you aren't playing at a reduced place.

This is what I do at a few books to make a quick deposit. You can't beat the convenience and it is basically playing with my cash instead of being tempted to bet on credit. You have to keep a clear perspective if you hope to win and I have found that out the hard way.

I think many of us have been down that road in our younger years, myself included.
