I have waited since May 22nd on my withdraw payment. Live Chat keeps telling me its been approved and to wait until the 15 days are up.. anyone else still waiting on payment?

Has any US Players got paid by BETDSI in last 2 weeks? If so how was it payed out? I have requested the ***************/************ and it has never taken this long before. I have been with them for over 7 years and they have always been paid within 5 days. just wondering.Comment -
You may have heard, they had their domain seized, had to switch some processors, and face a run on the bank from panicking players.
The parent company (CRIS/BM) has plenty of money, but payouts are taking longer than normal right now. Be patient.

They are being cautious. They were tricked into using a processor that screwed them. Be patient - everyone is going to get paid. Unlike some other sportsbooks, they will not take this out on the customers other than us having to wait a couple extra days.Comment -

12th business day still no payment by *********. I placed a payout by ******* on Sunday 5th, to try a different payment. they havent deducted that 3 figure amount from my DSI account yet. I talked to live chat yesterday and they said to contact them after the 15th day. I dont like what going on. I still have way over 4 digits in my DSI account, it feels like play money at this point.

What would you like them to say? If they quote 7-15 business days in advance, and it hasn't been 15 business days yet, they've done nothing wrong other than not sent it as fast as you'd like.
And FWIW, I'm also waiting for a payout from about 2 weeks ago (from BM, but same company). Would I like this method to have taken just a few days like it did before their domain was seized and they had to switch processors? Of course. But until it gets to 15 business days, there's really not much to do but try to relax and be patient.Comment -
UPDATE: 13th business and nothing yet on my ******** from May 22nd. And on the ********* from june 5th, nothing has been deducted from my DSI account. I've been hearing that on the 15th business day, they are asking people for copies of your bank statement to show proof you did not receive your funds. then after that they will credit your DSI account back the funds they took, and you will have to try and withdraw again.Comment -

Got to the bottom of withdraw situation...live chatted with them and after they told me 10 times in previous weeks to wait till Friday they said that they would cancel the withdrawl and put money back into account and give me free ****** withdrawl...I put in for a **** withdrawl today and hopefully will be receiving funds soon...Yes she wanted copys of bank statments proving the fact I never got the withdrawl I sent her those via email during live chat.... Hopefully I will see funds soonComment
