right now, 80 cents

were about the same arena yesterday i would have said 90, today id say 85.

they have some very serious charges levied against them, they are in even more hot water then bookmaker and have nowhere near the take. we still have to give em a chance though.

Reports from EXTREMELY reliable sources in San Jose say the offices are cleaned out and everyone is gone. In fact, one lines manager at a Top 10 book said at another forum "they have taken the money and ran".

I hope this isn't the case. I am just passing along credible information.

Certainly most evidence to this point is circumstantial. However let's look at what facts are out there.

1. Website is gone
2. No alternate website in place
3. Phones are not being answered
4. Emails are not being answered
5. They have not issued any type of official statement to any sportsbook forum
6. Two very respected people in the offshore sportsbook business are saying the offices are empty and the principals have ran off with the money. (These people live and work within 3 miles of the beted offices.)

Other than Lou at Covers trying to keep the masses calm with the following statement, I can't see one thing that would lead anyone to believe this situation is anything other than dire.

i read all the forums as well, no use fanning the flames which is what youre doing. maybe im calm because they paid me out large on a few big scores on merge poker over the years, also hit a pretty big size parlay in my crazy days and was paid out. i have a pretty small balance in there right now from what i had on this site regularly, so maybe im more calm then most. i just dont wanna make a conviction till im 100% certain. this is nowhere near the scandal of the full tilt players who are being screwed right now.
