So the real ROI is like 200x0.75/(200-110) = 1.66 with the promo. Why is it a bad deal? Plus 200fp actually worth more than 110.

Thanks heritage for the great promo.

A $200 FP at Heritage can be turned into sure $162.50 cash easily. So the total risk on this promotion is $37.50 with an opportunity to win big as some (not me) did. It is, as you say, Sweet.

Essentially yes, but everyone bets the Derby anyway so getting the 200 fp back when that lotto of a race doesnt hit is still better than what the track will give ya which is just a swift kick in the ass

That said, clearly if you exchanged 200 cash for a 200 fp with a 5x rollover you lost

Horseshit, but everyone overvalues Heritage's promos anyway so we might as well pretend that a fp with a 5x rollover is equivalent to over 80% cash so as not to break tradition, in reality if you get half your money back you will be lucky

Turning the $200 FP into a guaranteed $162.50 is already a done deal, so I guess the $1000 RO is what bothers you. I didn't factor the juice most people would lose on it, so you're right in that sense. I don't bet like most people, so I didn't even consider it. I play at least a grand there every week on average anyway-NBD.

                Everyone overvalues Heritage's promos? lol

The get out of your bet at halftime promo is worth about 1500-2000 per season. Add a guaranteed 1K bonus just for playing the March Madness contest. Throw in about 500 for the MLB ASB break promo, and another 600 for the Kentucky Derby promo, plus 200 or 250 for a blackjack promo. I believe that's it for just the past year (still in progress). Free money.

The only reason people blast this book is that they can't play there, so they tell themselves it's a book for losers. Not so. I got a few people in through a Cover-s-link that was posted there, but I can't find it anymore.
