First you try to steal my betpoints, then you cut bonuses to 25%, and now I can't even bet that bonus. What a fackin joke of a site. I haven't bet a freeplay in months cause your software is so godamn awful, and now this BS about a $1.94 max bet. This glitch has been there forever and no sign of management having the slightest whiff of competence to get it fixed. And LOL at the CS pretending they're IT wizards: "try deleting the cookies and temporary files please, that should fix it." Riiiiight.

I always used the old site, but thanks to your advice (better than anything CS has ever told me) I tried the new site instead and got a NEW message:

I disagree..... they have come a long way, and most of the bellyaching is because of news fees that have been imposed for B2B, or bonus points loss. If you are playing straight up with them, they are still a safe, good out.

i agree with you mtneer1212, i just notice all these betonline complaints this past week. i personally had a great experience with them.

I agree. My beef was obviously over fees. I have never heard of them not paying a player.
