Normal Behavior from Betonline ?

1st real time depositing with a sportbook online I went with BetOnline from recommendation of this site. I deposited $30 yesterday and ran it up over $100 on a combination of baseball straight wagers and some of the blackjack from their
casino.

I called them to request a cashout today and was treated very poorly on the phone. I had to call back because the guy told me he was too busy the 1st time I called him. When I finally called back he told me that He would process my payout within the next 24 hours but im stil not confident.

I realize this is a small amount of money but I just wanted to try this service out before betting any real money. So far my 1st impressions are not good. Do you think I will be able to cashout in a normal time frame and if so are there any steps I should take to ensure a faster payout ? thanks in advance...

To be honest you probably just caught a rep on a bad day. I have had very good customer service with this book. Alex (betonline manager) is very responsive to any complaints/worries you may have regarding this book. Definitely don't sweat anything or overthink it too much you will get paid.

I have only spoken to them on phone once but several e-mails and live chats and they have always been great and to the point. Sounds like the guy was having a bad day. From a customer service point of view it would have to be pretty extraordinary if you say "sorry I am too busy, please call back".

I had a miserable experience with BetOnline this time last year. Their customer service was disgraceful and it took SBR involvement for them to pay out on a winning wager. Remember this?

you should try bookmaker cheaper withdrawals and easier to deposit. Payouts are always very fast.

Sam B, yup, we debated the dodgy wording, you won, got paid, and were the first and LAST player banned here.

Kindred, I can't understand why anyone would be betting at a book that doesn't at least offer dimelines for MLB. Or offer 25% bonuses on re-ups. But otherwise BM is a fine book, no argument there!

Their freeplays are actually good because they do not have all kinds of restrictions on it. It adds to the rollover though if you win at odds of +500 or whatever but it is worth it.

Get them to match this bonus: http://justbet.com/moneybookers/ - a killer rollover so only do it if you are not planning on cashing out for a while.

Always liked theGreek 'cause I am old school, but while that's a nice kickstart (especially as cash), their re-up bonus is less than HALF of ours, 11% v 25%. Freeplays, yeah, but action is action and I'd rather have it than not.

AND they cap their bonuses at $250; we roll bonuses out to $900--highest in the industry.

Love the lines they are offering... HUGE improvement over the lines they offered just a year ago. No matter what happens with this 100, I will definitely be adding them as one of my outs in the future.

What you are failing to mention is that thegreek offers 21% + 5% sbr 11 pt purchase = 26% cash bonus @ 4x rollover...thats cash..not freeplay. Second, your freeplay bonus is @ 10x rollover...and your $900 match bonus is based on terms of matching offer...I have yet to see one for the full $900 that is not 10x or 12x or 14x rollover. You are touting super duper bonus but its also got a super duper rollover......now make it 4x rollover and then come talk to me.

Finally, I called thegreek numerous times because I like to see how a book handles itself before they get your money. I have to say, I totally understand why thegreek has A+ rating.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with ALEX. Some of the CS reps aren't great but Alex generally gets things resolved to the satisfaction of the player.

If the rollover is too high, then skip the freeplay....... and play it straight up. No bonus, but..... no rollover.

Hey just wanted to follow up with this thread. My cashout WAS processed on Monday as they stated. I was a bit paranoid as I'm still a bit new at betting online but beyond the rude treatment on the very first phone call I was treated well and my cashout was processed. Thanks for all the input and help guys!
