Becky,I've been with Bodog since 05 and have always enjoyed their site but tonight really pissed me off.I made 3 plays at Bookmaker in about 3 minutes.They had first pitch of Phils game coming up at 715 first pitch.It was 711 so I try and place same bet at Bodog but that corny little window kept popping up,takes forever to place a bet online with a phone at Bodog.It's now 713 so I say fukk it I will call it in,they ask me all the usual bullshit questions before they transfer me to wagering dept,put me on hold with some shitty porno music playing and then finally answer my call,ask me same questions they already asked me and then by this time it's 715 and said Phillies game was off the board.I placed same bet at Bookmaker at 711.I said I've been on hold listening to porno music and first pitch is 715, she said no action off the board,do you want to talk to supervisor .I said does he give a **** and she said no.Thankfully that didn't take my bet,because Phils lost,but I don't think they should treat loyal customer Luke shit and maybe an update to place a bet online using a phone in less than 20 minutes would be nice.I also play poker on there everyday,just didn't like the whole deal.

wth...nvr take longer than 1 min 33 secs to place my bet, i kept track of it. i got bodog speed dial press option 2 straight to wagering account number i want ___ to win ___ readback (15 secs) account # confirmed..also if they can read you the line on the phone and game just starts you can past post

I never expected special treatment because I was there 6 yrs,and I definitely wasnt bashing Becky.I was just making the board aware of piss poor customer service and wanted Becky's attention. Since you actually started a thread about being shut out of a LOSING WAGER, I have the feeling you're the problem here and NOT BoDog.
While I agree with you about that box, all you have to do is click on the disable box button and you can bet with BoDog the old way.
When you choose to bet on a 7:15 game 2 minutes before the first pitch, you run the risk of getting shut out.
Either make your bets earlier or take the risk, its just that simple.Comment -
