If he rules that Cory gets 3k back instead of 46k, that is a total joke...but then again, we are dealing with Wilheim.

Bottom line is this...based on the facts that we 100% know, there is not one single unbiased person that could not rule that Cory be paid in full (in spite of his history). Believe it or not, I dont think its a bad idea that the books that Cory stiffed somehow get compensated out of the 46k, and then cory gets the difference...but one way or another, EZ owes the 46k and paying even $500 less, is unjust, unfair, and flatout highway robbery

Maybe the new evidence is that some of the solid books that advertise at theRx told Wilheim they would pull their ads if he rules in favor of EZ. Afterall what is the incentive for them to continue to runs ads there? Most of the players regardless of their feelings about Cory recognize this is a pure stiff job. Who is going to trust Rx going forward? If EZ ends up going belly up in the next year or so Rx is pretty well out of business as well.

Nothing against Mod positions, but this case seems important enough to work through "off days." Which makes me question, is a mod position really that labor intensive where one couldn't "work an extra few hours to get this report done and just get credited "comp" time to be used at a later time? I mean, whose to say a mod isn't in the kitchen making a sandwich when its not their scheduled "lunch break" anyway? I would think that most forum mods spend most of their time on these forums because they enjoy it and not for the money. Now, if Wil has a regular job that takes away from his forum scheduled hours, than its understandable.

The more debating and complicated it seems the better and less obvious the stiff job. Fortunately most who played that game are out of business.
