#42Cory isn't it about time to move along? This solid book caught you red handed and you are not going to get paid. Why not just move onto sportsbook.com and do some chargebacks and scam them for a few grand. Perhaps you could even take a shot some some solid D rated books if any of them will have you.

Are we looking at the same dispute? EZ produce no evidence. Zilch. No game hand-play logs. These were promised to me, and to TheRx.
Every crime has a motive. If Cory were a crook, he was lobotomized, because using a bot under the facts of this dispute doesn't make sense. Bonus whore? No, he played way past rollover. Used a bot to hack the software? No, DGS refuted, and the second "test" that was unpublished by EZ probably confirms this also.
If you have some info I do not, please share it. If there is some fact that suggests Cory was "caught red-handed", please share it. But don't post crap here.Comment -

#46Based on his interview with Judie, his initial lies (depositing over 10,000.00) the fact that he is banned from numerous books. The fact that a very similar post about winnings being "stolen" from him regarding Northbet. I also think that if he truly had nothing to hide he would not come on a forum and several days before any decision was released and start at a minimum 3-4 threads saying the same type of thing "Easystreet are crooks" "Easystreet has no funds to pay players." etc. In all my time at SBR I have seen VERY VERY VERY little success by posters doing this. Normally I see the greatest success in disputes letting SBR take the ball and run with it. I think that a person who did not act 100% legitimate would do something like this.
Do I feel that Cory should be paid 46k? Absolutely not. Do I think he should get his deposits back? Yes.
Clearly my own personal frustration is those that support Easystreet are automatically "Alex Powers" or EZMarvin. Don't get me wrong Justin I have played in every casino software from DGS to Microgaming to Wagerworks and even back to the old sportsbook.com software. I have had my fair share of luck and probably played against software that was rigged before. Also in EVERY big win I have ever experienced I ALWAYS would take a screenshot to document my win in case of any dispute or issue with management. In my opinion if Cory was 100% innocent no lies would have ever been told, he would not have resorted to creating negative threads days before any decision was reached, he would not accuse everyone of stealing from him. Also, I don't know about you but for 46k I would hop on a plane in a heartbeat to take on the Easystreet challenge. Regardless of polygraph result I know as well as most people that it shows he has nothing to hide by just taking the steps to go.
Like I said I have formed my opinion and based on his checkered history he is someone who "May have" played at books that I enjoy and have become increasingly difficult to deposit at.Comment -

The 46k challenge was rigged. I could arrange a polygraph that no one would pass. Cory offered to duplicate his play, with the same accuracy and speed as shown in the logs. EZ didn't want that. If they seriously thought he was using a bot, they would have jumped at that offer. Demanding a polygraph test that any expert can auto-fail is simply unreasonable.
Shackleford (aka Wizard of Odds) is trying to talk to EZ now. He is offering a similar test: Have Cory play in Las Vegas under observation/recording/whatever safeguards are needed. Verify his play and accuracy. If EZ were serious about figuring out what happened (or just wanted to save face), they would comply... and if he duplicated his earlier efforts, pay him.Comment -

I read your whole non-sensical post and I don't see anything there which equates to the player being "caught red-handed". Some random buffoon forming an "opinion" does not constitute the accused being "caught red-handed".
It is obvious you are a shill for easystreetsports.com. That has been very clear from the beginning. You and steveX used to constantly make back to back posts, until someone called you out on it. All of a sudden you stopped with the truly ingenious "instant nominate each other's posts" trick. You are not fooling anyone who has half a brain.Comment -

#50Another person resorting to insults immediately. Typical. Someone is a shill for defending a book? Well I guess anyone who ever says anything good about a book is a shill?
Before you call other people buffoons please read what you are typing.
It is sad but a handful of Cory1111 supporters seem to always refer to the same inaccuracies (He is a shill, He is Alex Powers, You are the same people) Really? If any of those were true we would be banned from SBR for being ghosts. But of course as some people continue to insist we are all the same people. I guess we are that brilliant registering id's years in advance waiting for this one moment to pounce on a particular topic.
The lines have been clearly drawn in this issue. Some people think Cory deserves every penny and others think he is a scam artist who got caught. To attack each other is pointless and will result in what?
The point I clearly disagree with is the continued threads repeating the same thing over and over. Does Easystreet have ANY OTHER complaint out there? Have they stiffed any player? Would they be holding a contest giving away real cash if they were broke?
So if people need to keep calling me Alex powers or SteveX or anyone else who sided with Easystreet go ahead if it makes you feel better.
Justin, thank you for being able to be one of the very few people who side with Cory to be able to have a dialogue about this topic without having the typical items that are normally typed towards me thrown in.Comment -

#54ok I am so schill I have 0 money @ ez street... I post @ rx too.. Here is my last take.. 1 Cory is a known scammer, a cheat, a low life, crook, etc... but you can not hold that against him. EZ sai they would pay him if he could prove he could play that fast.. So they offer him to go to Costa Rica.. I would not go there either.. Why don't they agree to meet @ a hotel in Vegas where staff from the rx and sbr both agree to meet and somebody from ez all attend and if Cory can prove he can play that fast and ez needs to pay him.. How simple is this.. Then if ez does not want to agree to that then the rx should hold them accountable to pay him.... I AM SICK OF SEEING 100 POSTS ABOUT EASYSTREET CAN SBR JUST ALLOW 1 BIG THREAD.. #60XSTUD: "Please provide proof. Easystreet is having a videopoker contest where the payout could meet or exceed 46k. Is that something a broke book does?
Just a little proof would be nice because anyone can seem to type that Mr. Powers is "up to the same old shit" unless you have proof and are a victim then clearly you are just typing more false accusations. Bottom line is if you cheat books it will come back to haunt you."
