Some of these contracts are very active right now, especially Lybia. They definitely do allow U.S. citizens to play, it's just a pain to deposit. They do allow member-to-member transfers though, and some people are willing to help out if your CC doesn't work.

Thanks! I don't know why I did not check myself, I just heard Stossel and others say so. I created an account and have looked through most of the site. While I can find info on Member-to-Member Transfers, the instructions on how to do them tell you do to menus that don't exist. Where do I go?
